I ordered a paisa tray and the rice they gave me was rice from a box ? that you just have to heat it up, plus the tray didn't come with chorizo or the arepita.

Terrible service, an hour or more waiting for the dishes, cold food full of grease and sauces. The place is dirty and full of flies, no friendliness to serve. I do not recommend it.

The restaurant lacks order and customer service, the girl who serves is not at all friendly, the food is average, bordering on poor, I ordered a paisa tray and the beans were unsalted and cold, the meat was very greasy...swimming in fat, just like the slices, a salad that if the I prepare it at home, it suits me better, I ordered a spicy one and it tastes ACID...and a lot of mosquitoes in the place or they lack cleanliness or fumigation...I don't recommend it

The service was very bad. I ordered some potatoes and it took them an hour to bring them, and they were greasy. If you are going to eat there, you are going to be uncomfortable with the amount of flies there, this is worse than a square, and the cookies and cakes are old.

When the location first opened their food and pastries were excellent and they were very nice. Now I can't get anyone on the phone because as soon as I start speaking English they say they don't speak English and hang up on me, I've tried to call several times. It seems other reviews are also reporting bad customer service so it seems to be a trend for this location.
