Ordered at 3:17pm and they said 45 minutes. At 4:45 the pizza still isn’t here. I called to cancel and request a refund, they just hung up on me. Truly in disbelief. It arrived at 4:50 -unsliced

The worst pizza ever. And took over an hour to deliver just around the corner. Also they are online Google menu shows $12.95 for a large pizza yet a large pepperoni pizza came to $23 total waste of money! She tried telling me it was an old menu plus delivery charge plus tax. It was totally disgusting

We stayed in Revere Beach and passed by Luigi’s night one! Thank goodness since we ordered again ….3 nights in a row! Friendly staff and quick service! The menu is so large , that we ordered different items each night! The pizza was BETTER than any found in Boston! The Cannoli tasted the same as a popular place in Boston! Highly recommend Luigi’s!!

I got the biggest chicken parm dinner delivered and it was amazing! I am a meatball/sauce snob, so I was afraid I wasn't going to like them so I asked if I could try a couple and OMG they were DELICIOUS! I LOVE this spot. Everyone has good and bad days, but I have not had a bad experience w/Luigi's yet! The ladies that answer the phone are so NICE!

What is happening??? Luigi’s has always been known for the best pizza!!! But for the last few months just about every time we order pizza we have a problem! It’s overcooked, the next time I ask to please not overcook i, it comes undercooked? They have new cooks that are not fully trained and yet they are back making food for Customers! Tonight our pizza looked great when we opened the box ! BUT THEN, the bottom was totally burnt !! Being in the restaurant field , this is from a very dirty oven!!!! There are so many other reviews with problems with their orders, I so hope the owner will see this so he can get Luigi’s back to being the best in Revere!!

Loved that we ended up eating dinner at this place! We felt like we were in an old Saturday Night Live skit, Italy in Boston! It's small inside, a gentleman gave up his seat at the counter so we could sit, so beware of that. Most customers seemed to be regular's, but we felt at home and welcomed, and enjoyed the food and conversations that were happening around us. If you find yourself in the area, check it out. You won't be sorry! PS, the portions are huge, so bring an appetite!
