I’m so disappointed because it’s not the first time that this happens to me with this specific McDonalds. Night staff ALWAYS forget to put something on the orders, a couple months ago they forgot to send me a soda when I PAID for it and tonight it caught me by surprise that I ordered a Big Mac combo meal and I get NO FRIES, I even paid for large fries so what’s the point!!????? I’m pretty sure that McDonald’s is a good place because I love the food but the service in this specific one is poor and yall you just forget so many things.

I see they have a competency issue here at this location paid for extra condiments didn’t receive payed for bacon and cheese to be added to my mcchicken as you can see it no their $3 extra I paid not to have my food the way I wanted it

Just ate here and had to use the mens restroom. When I was in the stall someone came in. That someone was an employee. And as I walked out of the stall the employee had finished using the urinal and did not wash his hands. Will not be eating here again “Employees must wash hands” is on a sign on the wall in the restroom. McDonald’s do better. Food was good but I’m a little sick now after seeing that.

Went there on Thanksgiving I get they had to work. However, clearly they hate their job! Rude and unpleasant people to deal with. Manager wouldn’t and couldn’t be bothers to address my complaint. I won’t be going back to that location.

So horrible costumer service! I came with my daughter and the Hispanic lady that took my order kept giving me and my daughter dirty looks and wasn’t too nice. She forgot one thing of my order and when I was in the middle of asking she looked away and just handed me the things. and is also just a dirty place in general (tables unclean, floor had food thrown on the floor) who is on charge of this??? Please be respectful with the costumers!
They never include sauces even if you pay extra for it. And if you to eat at the store and ask for sauce you get told “only one per customer” and they still don’t give it to you.

This is literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. I stopped in for a quick breakfast and I was met with rude staff, and terrible service. Every McDonald’s I’ve ever dined in I’ve gotten a refill on my drink before I leave but not this one, I was scoffed at told “We don’t give free refills here” I stopped at this McDonald’s because it was only a few hundred yards from my hotel. Next time, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
