Best cafe we have found this time in Boston. Their version of tres leches cake (can't remember the name) was outstanding. It looks as good as it tastes. The coffee here is also excellent - absolutely recommend this place if you're coming through Revere.

Would find somewhere else to go. The ladies at the counter this morning were friendly enough but that was all. The cookie I purchased was old and stale. The croissant was also old and stale - it was so hard a kitchen knife struggled to cut it in half. I ordered a decaf latte. The ladies said sorry no English and gave me a cup of ice with regular coffee in it. Really not a great experience. Also, the most annoying thing about being here - one of the ladies helping me was on her cell phone the entire time taking a phone call.

When I visit Massachusetts from Jersey, I must stop by Napole’s!! Love a nice clean and quiet place to have my coffee!! I love that the young lady is a great server & very welcoming. I must say is a little over priced.

$6 for a bottle of water, that's the price of a full six-pack.
It's a simple bakery, not a restaurant, to have those prices.
That place is a rip-off.

I just left this establishment and I am disgusted at how my friend and I were treated. We were sat at our table after ordering pastries and not even an hour passed by and we were kicked out by a brown lady with glasses working Tuesday night around 8:50pm on July 1st. She told us other people were waiting for a table even though a group was at a different table and were sat there way before us.Also, I asked if there was a seating time limit and she had nothing to say about that. I don’t know if this is some sort of discrimination because everyone else in there was Colombian and I’m not Hispanic and didn’t respond to the cashier in Spanish. Don’t go here unless you want to feel “other”.

Got the Napole ice cream…amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful! Conseguí el helado de Nápole. ¡Excelente! ¡El personal fue súper amable y servicial!

We weren’t super hungry but wanted to check it out. Carol, the server was friendly and attentive. We got cappuccinos and pan de queso. Both we expertly made and delicious. We will definitely return to try other things. Prices are very reasonable as well.

They never seem to have time to take my order when I go there to get a sandwich. I usually end up getting food from the pizzeria next door instead.

I bought a cake on September 8, 2024 for a birthday. Inside the cake it was dry and stale so it was probably an old cake that was just sitting in their display. Total cost of the cake was $44.17 so a complete waste of money for the quality of the food. I was hoping this would be a great local bakery and business I could support. As with some of the other reviews have said, I’d stay away from the cakes at this bakery.

The Dulce de Leche cake was so good when I stopped by before that I ordered the entire cake for my elopement party. Highly recommend ✨ I wish there was a website but you can come in and call to order cakes in advance.

Si estás buscando un lugar relajado con comida deliciosa y un excelente café, definitivamente deberías probar esta cafetería. El ambiente es tranquilo y acogedor, perfecto para una parada rápida o para sentarte a relajarte un rato. If you can go somewhere else, GO! The desserts here are the worst I've ever eaten in my life. Cake was hard as a rock, and the taste was meh! The lady who was cutting the cake even made an effort because it was so hard. After a few hours I started to feel sick, I went to the hospital with a terrible food poisoning. I don't know how many days the desserts had been there. Pricy and zero quality! The only decent thing is the service, ladies were very polite. Feel bad about them working in such a bad place. Besides the service, help yourself and don’t even go there, save money and the pain of getting sick.

I was here a few weeks ago. I bought a red velvet cake. It was the nastiest thing I have ever bought at a pastry shop. I wanted to leave a review since then, but they had no name no website so I couldn’t find it online. Save your money and don’t go to this place.
