Wonderful service, especially from the employee PERLA. Her service was excellent; she was so wonderful and made the place feel welcoming and pleasant. There should be more employees like her so that businesses can thrive. I 100% recommend Pollo Royal Revere.

Ladies that work in the front are super rude. They stare are you crazy. Ordered two tacos that took 20mins. When one lady finally handed me the bag, she gave it to me so quick because she knew it was messed up. Container was thrown in the bag with no care. I was the ONLY customer inside. Tacos were all mixed together. Not going back here.

A pleasure to visit, on our way to work, we needed a refresher and it was 10am, even though they open at 10:30am Isabella opened the door and took care of us, thank you to the manager for hiring amazing staff!

The service is terrible, they have some women who serve who are extremely disgusting, I ordered takeout and they almost threw my order away, they didn't give me cutlery or napkins, the service was horrible, they should teach those ladies how to treat customers.
