Too bad the chicken was delicious before it became famous. You would expect a business to show professionalism l. Not this place , over charge kids them try to justify their actions. I don't have a problem with people coming to this country to better yourself and families. But not for nothing learn the language and be professional. Don't act like you can do a refund and then stand in front of the register looking at it like you don't know how to your job. Then because your embarrassed you again want to lie and say the oh you were right. The bill was incorrect you messed up its your mistake not the customer. I don't recommend this place.

Hello, this message is for the owner of Pollo Royal in Revere Tue March/31/2024 5:30 Pm I had very bad service from the waitress, I didn't even take napkins and I had to get up to drink my soda and she charged me a $13.41 tip so excessively I am not bothered by the amount of tip for me that is a handout why I always leave $20 or more for a tip why I understand and am considerate of those who serve me and my family so sir owner be careful because I already Pay attention to the saying of that person who treats people very badly. I had 2 bad experiences on the same day. I ordered an Uber Eat delivery from this Revere Royal Chicken and the order included a soda and it turns out that the soda was not delivered in the order and I called the restaurant and they told me that it was the Uber driver's fault and that they can't Do nothing. And then the chicken came out raw and I came to the restaurant and showed the cook that the chicken is raw and she told me no. And I showed him how raw the chicken was. I had always ordered food here and nothing like this day had ever happened to me.
