The service is terrible, they have some women who serve who are extremely disgusting, I ordered takeout and they almost threw my order away, they didn't give me cutlery or napkins, the service was horrible, they should teach those ladies how to treat customers.

I order a whole chicken it was ready when I got there it took me 5 min to get there is was so cold it was ridiculous I will never go to that pollo royal again
What a bad food, I don't know why they set up a restaurant if they don't know how to cook, and to finish completing the black chicken, and you know why, very simply, they don't change the oil. K horror of food.

The chicken is completely black, it seems like they have a hard time changing the oil. I have gone shopping several times thinking that they have improved it but the attempts are unsuccessful. Too bad the chicken was delicious before it became famous. And the most delicate thing of all is that you ask for it without spicy and they give it spicy without thinking that there are people allergic to spicy. I'm sorry but they are not doing anything to improve. Keep selling chicken reheated in old, burnt oil.?

You would expect a business to show professionalism l. Not this place , over charge kids them try to justify their actions. I don't have a problem with people coming to this country to better yourself and families. But not for nothing learn the language and be professional. Don't act like you can do a refund and then stand in front of the register looking at it like you don't know how to your job. Then because your embarrassed you again want to lie and say the oh you were right. The bill was incorrect you messed up its your mistake not the customer. I don't recommend this place.
