Hello, this message is for the owner of Pollo Royal in Revere Tue March/31/2024 5:30 Pm I had very bad service from the waitress, I didn't even take napkins and I had to get up to drink my soda and she charged me a $13.41 tip so excessively I am not bothered by the amount of tip for me that is a handout why I always leave $20 or more for a tip why I understand and am considerate of those who serve me and my family so sir owner be careful because I already Pay attention to the saying of that person who treats people very badly. I think that lady is from Colonbia because of how she settled. I will be expressing how I feel on all social networks why what these people do with their clients is not fair.

I had 2 bad experiences on the same day. I ordered an Uber Eat delivery from this Revere Royal Chicken and the order included a soda and it turns out that the soda was not delivered in the order and I called the restaurant and they told me that it was the Uber driver's fault and that they can't Do nothing. And then the chicken came out raw and I came to the restaurant and showed the cook that the chicken is raw and she told me no. And I showed him how raw the chicken was. I had always ordered food here and nothing like this day had ever happened to me.

I ordered take out online. I ordered mix combo it says that it brings 12 pieces of chicken a 2L soda And Tortillas. When I get to pick the order the lady told me that the soda wasn't included because the menu changed, but they haven't updated the online menu she told me that i had to pay extra for the soda, they also forgot to put the Tortillas. Restaurant didn't seem busy.

I used to love this place, out of no fault of their own I have to avoid their food since ive developed a gluten allergy. I tried just the Rotisserie chicken as always became very ill. I called to ask 3 restaurants if they could confirm if there are gluten containing ingredients in their marinade and it was hard to get a clear answer. i chose to go with "we dont think so" and i am now dealing with a reaction

Sooo good! Our favorite is the Mixed Quesadilla and ordering 1/2 roasted chicken with the yellow rice as a side. Love that they offer delivery !! Will always order here when I stay at a local hotel
