I visited the Popeyes at Revere today and had the best experience thanks to Axel! He greeted me with a genuine smile, took my order quickly and accurately, and even recommended the perfect spicy chicken sandwich combo. When I mentioned it was my first time trying the new wings, he made sure everything was fresh and hot. One person on the counter...really long wait for chicken tenders and 2 large sides...also they had no spicy chicken. No buffalo sauce. No hot sauce. No honey.. the rice and Mac n cheese where not hot..there was also hair in the chicken
I had ordered a single chicken sandwich via DoorDash for pickup at 9:58 pm and came into the store about 5 minutes later thinking it would be close to done. I spoke to the staff and was told 5 minutes from two different staff only for it to be 20 minutes more. I was begging to just get a refund 15 minutes of waiting since it was already about 10:20 and it shouldn’t take this long for a single sandwich. Please just tell me it was gonna take a while I would have asked for a refund from the beginning and just gone elsewhere it shouldn’t take half an hour for a single sandwich.

Popeye's NOW OPEN - - we WAITED so long for this location to open. Great chicken - as expected. NO BISCUITS the day I was there. Prices a bit steep - BUT - -it's POPEYE'S CHICKEN. It's STILL 'Popeye's Chicken' - KNOWN to be GOOD. FINALLY we have one on MY BUS ROUTE. Thanks and MERRY CHRISTMAS.
