2 Baristas 1 was actually working The other one talking to 2 target employees. It took her ( the one talking) 4 minutes to put on gloves. There were 8 people waiting in line getting frustrated. Definitely need to do something about it. I left after waiting 15 minutes. I noticed 3 other people leave after me. 👎

Barista gave me the wrong coffee because they were just to distracted talking among each other and when I told her she gave me hard time and got mad . Her co -worker told her "make her wait". Definitely not what you need at 7:45 in the morning .

Got a brown sugar shaken espresso. Didn’t not make the drink right at all, tasted like water mixed with tobacco and sugar. Dumped the whole thing out waste of money.

Very bad, I asked for something frozen and they served it to me according to the weather and they don't accept their mistake. Terrible and the attention of all those immature newbies what a horror ????

They closed 30 minutes before the updated store hours said they were supposed to. Even though they were talking to someone at the register who had just gotten a drink.Update: waited for my prescription to be filled and now they are helping a whole family of people even after they told me they were closed 23 minutes ago.

Great coffee but seriously straw less you spend almost 4.00 for an iced coffee and you don’t offer straws anymore.
