I am usually a Dunkin’s girl but I gotta say the customer service is amazing and the worker who helped me find my drink was amazing!!!! This is the Starbucks to go to if you want great customer service

Ordered two latte for takeout, was planning to enjoy the coffee while sitting along the beach. We’ve waited for a while, but when we took a sip, the ratio is not right. We opened it and saw the two different sizes latte with similar amounts of coffee and foam. It’s clearly not right. Not sure what’s going on, for Starbucks, latte is probably the most regular order.

The service at this Starbucks location is horrible! Employees are in the back socializing instead of helping customers. Also, once they finally begin your order- it takes about 8 minutes to complete. This place needs to do better!

I went in and asked to BUY a cup of hot water, they said to wait, while both of the Ladies working talk to each other on the headset. to which the girl proceeded to say, “no, we cannot give you free water because you are not buying anything” I reinstated that I wanted to buy the cup of hot water, they went again mumbling on the headset in Spanish, So i said
“Its okay, no worries” (in Spanish) it’s frustrating this ladies acted like this is just a cup of hot water, plus I wanted to pay for it. I don’t understand what the policies are but they could’ve been nice and not dismissive or talk about the customer in secrecy, In Spanish to which I happen to speak , And obviously I don't have nothing against that. but they are talking about the customer thinking the customer couldn’t understand. overall the experience is bitter then my espresso!! Very unprofessional

**Make Your Own Coffee**
I went to the store about 40 minutes before closing time. I took the subway from Beachmont to Wonderland in heavy rain to get my favorite coffee. However, when I arrived and opened the store door, I heard one of the employees shout, “Closed! Closed!” I asked them how they could close before 8 PM, and they replied that they were cleaning. Yet, they were just standing next to the counter, talking to each other.
To be honest, I was very disappointed because I got soaked from the rain and didn’t get my coffee. As of this evening, May 22, I’ve decided to stop going to Starbucks forever.

First time here. Stopped by for coffee and I am not a Starbucks fan as I love DD, but I was impressed with the vibes inside. So I decided to sit and people watch as I had time to kill. I was trying to figure out why people are so attracted to this brand. My impresssion was that every one who walked in seemed to know what they wanted and all had smile on their face when they were greeted by their name or welcomed. I have to admit, this place knew what they were doing. I left thinking I may have to try this place again soon. My coffee was actually very good, maybe enough to try it again. I have to say the service was very professional and helpful, something that is missing in so many businesses today.

The baristas are very formal, but they get very tangled up with the orders. I ordered a caramel frappuccino and they gave it to me without coffee, just milk with caramel. And the second time they gave me the wrong order. I asked for a coffee and they gave me a green milkshake.

Today is 4th April 2025 , at 7:35 PM⁰, went there to get a coffee and use my rewards thru the app, app didn't work properly( Starbucks app was down), showed the email proof but The Lady Barista was very unresponsive no communication, bad behavior towards me, but thanks god the gentleman barista was therw to resolve the problem, my advice to the management is to hire someone who's dedicated to his/her job , not to bring personal attitude to a beautiful place lime this Starbucks at Marriott suites .
