It was my first time visiting this Starbucks, and I discovered that the restroom requires a key to open. However, we didn’t know this at first and ended up waiting in line for quite a while, unable to enter. Eventually, we noticed that a staff member was already holding the key and waving it at us. Great location, new manager is working hard to re-train staff from the horrible previous manager, Azaria. I've noticed the responses from the owner appear to be the automated response from Google. I've recently asked the location after reading these reviews, and the management team does not have access to review account.
I once visited this location a few months ago and I can honestly say that the experience was so bad I ended up leaving without ordering anything. The Manager at the time was awful and I could see how disgusting their food prep area was. I recently returned to find that the old manager had quit and was replaced with a lovely new manager named Neon. They are honestly a shining example of what a manager should be.
