I am usually a Dunkin’s girl but I gotta say the customer service is amazing and the worker who helped me find my drink was amazing!!!! This is the Starbucks to go to if you want great customer service

First time here. Stopped by for coffee and I am not a Starbucks fan as I love DD, but I was impressed with the vibes inside. So I decided to sit and people watch as I had time to kill. I was trying to figure out why people are so attracted to this brand. My impresssion was that every one who walked in seemed to know what they wanted and all had smile on their face when they were greeted by their name or welcomed. I have to admit, this place knew what they were doing. I left...

I was staying at the Spring Hill Suites Revere for a work conference and to my surprise there was a Starbucks very close by. It was perfect to get a boost in the morning before I had a full day of meetings. The food and my coffee were fresh and very delicious!
