Terrible service, they put less food, don’t warm up the bread the right way, they don’t warn the costumer that they are out of sodas and wanna charge for more if we wanna the bottles.

Food safety problems. While employee was making our sandwich, someone handed them a lost item and said they found it in the bathroom. The employee takes this item, then continues making our sandwich. Never changed gloves. So now whatever was in the bathroom, is on our sandwich and in the veggie bins. ?

It looked bad quality for subway anyway. The sandwich looked soggy even though we asked for it to be toasted twice. Lettuce looked unappetizing.

The place is nasty since i worked here the new owners are keeping it bad tables are dirty i had to ask the person making my food to give me a napkin for i can cleab my table to seat on the food was good but they need to keep an eye on the whole restaurant because its dirty the people talk over the top of the food they need to wear a mask if they are going to do that

Part 1: I placed a mobile order, entered the store and went to wash my hands only to come back and be told restroom is for customers only, I had to explain to them that I am a customer waiting to pick up his order!Part 2: One of the two workers was touching his face while preparing the sandwich! I had to throw the sandwich away!Wrap-up: avoid at all costs!

Very bad service, the people who work there do not wear gloves, they touch their nose and then touch the food, so I would never return to that place. They were touching their armpits and did not wash their hands, lack of hygiene.

This subway has gone all the way down hill, used to come here on my break at least 4 times a month since I work in the same plaza for the past 10 years. The place was always clean, vegetables looked fresh and great service. Recently found out by one of the employees that the owner fired all of the long term employees the day they came in and let them know that was their last day of work because they were employing all of their family members. The past few times I have come for my lunch the vegetables look soggy, the counter where they prepare the wraps was dirty, and they are SO CHEAP with their portions and expensive. They don’t seem to have any sort of experience the person who made my wrap didn’t know how to wrap it and ripped apart ?. The worst $12 I’ve ever spent. The food is not the same quality as it used to be.
