Part 1: I placed a mobile order, entered the store and went to wash my hands only to come back and be told restroom is for customers only, I had to explain to them that I am a customer waiting to pick up his order!Part 2: One of the two workers was touching his face while preparing the sandwich! We decided we wanted something light for dinner, so we found directions on Google maps for this location. It was difficult to get to since we are not used to the roundabouts But it was worth it! We ordered a foot long Black Forest ham on white with mayonnaise and lettuce. We took it back to the hotel to split. We had chips and sodas in the room. The gentleman who made our sandwich was methodical and careful. The inside of the place was familiar - like so many other Subways. It was clean and well organized.By the way, the sandwich was delicious. This was a good choice for dinner.

The service was all around amazing the food tasted better than in other subway I went to. They also weren't very pleading for extra money/tips and overall were very nice.

This subway has gone all the way down hill, used to come here on my break at least 4 times a month since I work in the same plaza for the past 10 years. The place was always clean, vegetables looked fresh and great service. Recently found out by one of the employees that the owner fired all of the long term employees the day they came in and let them know that was their last day of work because they were employing all of their family members. The past few times I have come for my lunch the vegetables look soggy, the counter where they prepare the wraps was dirty, and they are SO CHEAP with their portions and expensive. They don’t seem to have any sort of experience the person who made my wrap didn’t know how to wrap it and ripped apart ?. The worst $12 I’ve ever spent. The food is not the same quality as it used to be.

This place was clean and the veggies were so fresh...the place looked as if it had just opened. The help was very courteous, and very patient with me and not knowing which veggies I wanted on my sandwich. The reason for the 4 stars was the floors and table could have been cleaned, although businesses was constantly keeping then busy.
