I have been a loyal twist and shake customer ever since I’ve made my way up to the north shore. I love coming here, the product is awesome, service is great but the lack of organization once the warmer months hit has not been the best. This isn’t to serve as a negative review but more of a suggestion/constructive criticism. There has to be a better way of getting customers in and out, instead of being crammed in the shop waiting for their order. I will continue coming here for my ice cream, just hope there’s a better way to serve the customer in a more organized manner.
I know it gets very busy during the summer months. Kudos to all the staff for their service!

went with a group of friends last night 20 min before closing and one of the employees was so rude , a couple of us were deciding what we were going to order and she had decided to start rushing us saying "are you guys even gonna order" while giving us nasty looks. even Despite the fact that i had continued to be understanding and kind she still decided to be rude even while i was putting my order in , rolling her eyes . This does not look good to customers , such a shame because the ice cream was good but couldn't even enjoy it, customer service matters . i hope to never see her there again ! Hold your employees accountable ! :3 this is what leads customers to never come again because of one terrible experience

We were here at mid of September 2024 during our USA trip. We ordered 3 scoops of ice and we got a good bang for the buck. The scoops were quite large and they had nice chunks of ingredients. Also the staff was very patient as we needed some time for our decision for the "right" flavors as they had quite a view flavors.

Its a great ice cream parlor. Many many choices and service is fast. 3 stars for ambiance because there’s a few picnic tables but you better cross the street and go to the beach.

This became a firm favourite of ours for our stay in Revere. Delicious ice cream and quick friend staff. The portions are generous. I really liked Totally Turtle and Butter Pecan and my husband said the Blueberry Pie was the best ice cream he ever had.
