Myself and my buddy just finished a gym session we were starving decided to stop into Uno. Had such a amazing experience at Uno Pizzeria & Grill thanks to Aisling behind the bar. She was incredibly pleasant to talk with, very knowledgeable with her craft, and truly made the night enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only great at mixing drinks but also makes you feel welcome and taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be asking for Aisling everytime.

Ambience & Location
Uno benefits from a prime Back Bay location adjacent to the Prudential Mall, offering convenient access and a lively atmosphere . The venue features both a casual dining area and an adjoining bar, making it a versatile choice for meals or drinks . While seating availability can be generous, some guests note that service can occasionally lag, particularly during busier times .

Food Quality & Menu
Uno delivers consistently solid deep-dish pizzas—the iconic Chicago-style staple its chain is known for . The “Chicago Classic,” topped with chunky tomatoes, crumbled sausage, mozzarella, and Romano, earns particular praise . For those seeking lighter options, the five-grain thin crust and inventive salads (like the chopped power salad with goji berries, grilled chicken, soy nuts, and more) provide noteworthy alternatives . Beyond pizza, the menu includes a range of burgers, sandwiches, pastas, and steak dishes . Specials such as weekday lunch deals—like all-you-can-eat soup with half-sandwich or pizza in under 10 minutes—are convenient and great value .

Service & Experience
Local reviewers frequently commend the staff’s friendliness and the overall helpfulness, though some mention occasional delays in service acknowledgment or receiving to-go packaging . One guest described the experience as “not amazing but okay,” emphasizing that Uno remains a dependable and hot meal option especially given its late-night hours
Overall Impression
Uno Pizzeria & Grill in Boston offers reliable comfort food in a convenient, casual setting. It’s a solid go-to for deep-dish fans and those craving hearty, familiar fare—especially with solid weekday deals and a central location. While it may not exceed expectations, it delivers when you’re after consistent pizzas, friendly service, and a relaxing spot for dinner or drinks.
Let me know if you’d like a comparison with other Italian spots nearby or suggestions for places with more authentic deep-dish styles!

There are so many great things to say about this restaurant, but I want to dedicate this review to Grace ( the server).

From the moment we arrived, Grace made us feel like we were the most important guests in the room. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely warm,
and she checked on us at just the right times — never too much, never too little. It's rare to come across someone who truly loves what they do, and it shows in every interaction with her.
Thank you, Grace, for making our evening so special. You’re a true professional and it shows!

I've been to Uno's in Chicago, Albany, and Orlando, but the Revere Location has always delivered the best quality of food on Uno's menu. Their cheesy bread is consistently delicious (can't say the same about the Uno's in Braintree, MA), and the thin crust supperoni remains unmatched as my favorite pepperoni pizza to this day! Big shout out to Aisling (I think that's how it's spelled) for her warm smile and fast+caring service anytime I'm seated at one of her tables. The whole Uno's Revere team is accommodating to my busy schedule, whether it's for a dine-in or to-go order, and I'm very appreciative of their genuine care for making my life easy and seeing them help out one another when the place gets busy.

The only thing I could ask for is that Uno's corporate office give this location the love it deserves with a remodel! After all the Unos I've been to, Revere seems the busiest yet also (sadly) one of the most outdated.

A great place, I had the deep dish vegetarian pizza and it was delicious! The staff were very accommodating and fast service all done with a pleasant smile. I would definitely come again!
