This place just sucks entirely, there always seems to be many workers just talking not doing their jobs and there is just never anyone at the register. The food also takes a ridiculously long time to come considering how there’s barely anyone in the place and the amount of workers they have. Do not come, just go to McDonald’s.

They lose my card in the drive thru. I check everywhere on my person and in my car just to make sure I’m not the one who misplaced it. Even though I don’t remember ever seeing it given back to me.
I back up in the drive thru to see if they got it she looks for 1 second and tells me it’s not there. I check my car again to make sure it’s not in my car, still not there. I go back in and say hey I’ve checked my car and my person and it’s no where to be found. All I get is “we already told you we don’t have it” by the women working the cash register with some serious RBF. All I ask is take an actual look longer then 5 seconds.

Horrible experience went for small fry and drink. I was charged 48.00 it took 6 months a bunch of lies with the manager Margaretta. Then I had to get the AG office involved to finally get my money back!

I initially came to Wendy's to use their bathroom, but there wasn't anyone in line to order; so, I decided to get a combo meal, which turned out to be a good idea and their new style of soda machines are absolutely fabulous. Everywhere I see these types of soda fountain machines business is great. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Food is great when the remember to give you everything, when going the through the drive thru don’t like when you ask for sauce or a drink tray.. did an online delivery last night and they didn’t give me driver one of my bags or a frosty. When we tried to call the restaurant there was no answer, I would’ve went and picked it up. Below par Wendy’s for sure.

Came to try some food or drink. The first lady at the desk was laughing at me with her colleagues in the back, probably because I’m handicapped so my speech is a bit funny… still a horrible time to feel laughed at. A Second Lady came to replace her and she explained to me the menu and helped in choosing what I needed. First one is openly laughing at a handicapped, second one saved the rating !
Wendy’s provides a nice atmosphere for big or small groups and prices that anyone in a party can get behind.

Best Wendy's in MA! The staff are kind, considerate, and patient. My order is ALWAYS ACCURATE! The staff deserve a raise for the nit wits I have seen in this establishment, but the staff handles with professionalism amd grace. I visit this location once a week for my chicken nugget lunch fix! The food is always hot and ready.
