I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

I ordered delivery and food was missing from my order. when I called to tell them he wanted me to come get it. I already paid delivery fees not my mistake. very bad service for a new area restaurant. Will not return.

Them French fries are the worst every time I take fries to see if maybe that was just sometimes but it is every time !! Wings are good!! If you want to have a nice meal don’t buy fries at this place

I don’t write reviews often, so given the fact that I’m bothering to take my time to do this, says something. I’m not sure about other wingstop locations as I’ve only visited the local new store in Chesterton, IN. I was quite excited when we finally got a place that sells wings, let alone “specializes” in them. I have ordered from this location multiple times, hoping that maybe they’re just having a bad day. Nope, apparently the wings are always anorexic and dry. Don’t even bother ordering enough for leftovers, god forbid you warm them up later, they will turn into jerky. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying in business for very long. The service is great, I’ve never had an issue with the amount of time it takes to prepare the order, and the order is always done correctly. The wings just suck, and the fries are nothing to write home about. The most recent order, I decided to try the corn as a side. I didn’t even know that corn on the cob would be that mushy, it was disgusting to say the least. Straight to the trash. If you’re in Chesterton, order your wings anywhere else but here. You will thank me later.

I went for wings today and the service was amazing! 😋 The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until I left. My wings 🍗 were ready, delicious and just the way I like them! The team did an amazing job with my order; everything was perfect. I will definitely be back for more soon, I highly recommend it! #Wings #GoodService #DeliciousFood
Haven't had it yet but looking like the variation of flavors is definitely up to easy. Last time that I had this, I was in Brighton but this was 15 years ago and they no longer have that location

This location in-particular was a lifesaver during my trip in Boston. The $9 meal was both filling and incredibly delicious for the price, and also made it very easy to stay hydrated since most of the surrounding stores don't use English as their primary language. It looks like the staff had to put up with a lot of sketchy people but still served us well, so overall I'm very happy with the place but feel a little bad for the staff if they always have to put up with the weirdest people. I suppose good prices probably attract both good and bad crowds, but I'm grateful!
