When I asked my now-husband how he envisioned the food for our wedding, his reply was "pig roast". So, I Googled "pig roast" and "wedding," and found Heirloom Fire, who are so far above and beyond a pig on a spit, I can hardly believe I was lucky enough that my search terms led me to them.
