Heirloom are unreal. Highly recommend working with them! From my first meeting w Chef James he was passionate and accomodating and we easily developed a program that was perfect for our event. Feeding just under 200 ppl is no small feat yet James and his team were able to leave my guests raving about their cuisine and the experience as a whole.
