I am trying to find adequate words to describe - what can only be called a feast for the soul and the senses .
From the scented towel upon arrival to the tulip nectar cocktail , the impossibly delicious celeriac and the blackened earth under tiny onions , the hand churned butter with bee pollen on chewy sourdough dripping with honey to the chocolate dipped pine boughs tempting overhead...

I had the pleasure of experiencing Heirloom Fire's incredible catering, and I can't say enough about how amazing it was! Their dedication to fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients truly shines through in every bite. The flavors were outstanding, and you could tell the food was crafted with care and passion.
What really stood out was their unique “Dinner Theatre” approach — watching the team cook directly over a hardwood flame was both mesmerizing...
