I'm sorry but there is no common sense, I asked for two whoppers with mustard. Instead I got two whoppers with only mustard. Now why would I spend more for less product. Who in there right minds would only want mustard. The thought process within my order was not executed regardless of language barrier or miss communications the brains are not there. I would've just asked for a hamburger with mustard instead of whoppers. Please make that make sense. Very rude and I'm honestly very impressed on how you pull that off. Even Brockton Burger King does better than Norwell, that's very sad.

This might just be a BK problem. I've had this issue at multiple locations. but please please please make the burger plain when someone says they want a plain burger. 🙏 Ik it's hard to put less on the burger, but it's worth it I promise.

Any positive review from this location is clearly from a worker/staff/friends…I’ve been to this location 3 times. The first 2 times were just unfriendly, untimely, and frustrating..but at least those times I was able to order. I stood in front of the register for 15 minutes waiting to order…meanwhile they’re only focused on the drive through line. A kid stood besides me having clearly order with his drink now empty…his mother came in to collect him because of how long he was waiting apparently…after being looked at and ignored for over 15 minutes I cut my losses and walked out. I really only review things if I get super frustrated…I won’t be back. Don’t spend your money here.

I got a cold Jr. whopper The burger was cold with a cold bun...I knew I should have went to Mcdonalds!!! why is this one open ...they never have more then 2 workers and they don't care about their job...pretty crappy service...NEVER AGAIN...BK in Norwell of the highway sucks everytime I go there....I should have learned...never again

I tried to get a Streecorn Whopper and fries but I got 2 pieces of corn and no fries after ordering through the drive through and having to go inside. I didn't want to complain to the 2 employees working because they were doing the best they could. The franchisees should close it down if you can't have enough staff to properly run the place.
