Came to this location today in the Drive-Thru and ordered a barbecue brisket Whopper meal. Apparently that's not something that you can order at the drive-thru because they told me to park my car up front and they'd bring the food out to me. Well I ended up sitting in my car in front of the main entrance for like 10 minutes before I went into the restaurant and asked them what the deal was with my food. Everybody seemed very confused. I gave them my receipt and was like I ordered food in the drive-thru and I've been waiting outside for it. Come to find out it was sitting on the shelf waiting to be handed out and nobody was bringing it outside. Also, I just opened the sandwich to ensure that it was made properly and there's no brisket on it. It's not a barbecue brisket Whopper it's just a barbecue Whopper. I hope the owner of this franchise reaches out to me for more information because I'd love to let them know just what I think. I've never seen such a poorly motivated group of employees.

I was at the drive thru and I was order my son's food he's autistic so it takes him a min nope the lady on the speaker was very rude and wanted to rush us I tried to explain to the lady but all she could say is (do you want anything else ,do you want anything else ,do you want anything else ) like I'm trying to order please give me a min nope she kept being rude so we drove off and I will not go there anymore she made my son all upset but it's ok we will pray for this lady

Go elsewhere for real . Waited 12 minutes to get my food.They had 5 people that ordered through drive-thru wait in front of door for food, and 2 people behind me got their food before me . This is highly disorganized, and they need better service . The workers attitude were not desirable either. No sorry for the wait ,no greeting or goodbye , just horrible

Don't go late night. Tgey can't keep up with 2 cars in line. Made me wait out front for simple whopper meal. Got home.. no lettuce, tomato, nuthin. Not even ketchup etc. If busy i get it. But i was only customer until 1 mire pulled up. Awful experience. It ain't top of

It’s not my fault like you said that you were by yourself and shortstaffed. I was being polite, but I couldn’t even ask you for ketchup for my fries because you’re trying to charge me extra. Telling me that my food only comes to one sauce.😂 to the Asian lady that worked wed 3/5 be nicer to the customer. It’s not our fault that you’re by yourself, which wasn’t true.
Usually, the grossest burger king around. Hairs in food, dirty dining room, long waits, exceptionally poor service, and I guarantee you'll receive cold food. I like Burger King a lot, and somehow, this is the worst one in Massachusetts.

I'm sorry but there is no common sense, I asked for two whoppers with mustard. Instead I got two whoppers with only mustard. Now why would I spend more for less product. Who in there right minds would only want mustard. The thought process within my order was not executed regardless of language barrier or miss communications the brains are not there. I would've just asked for a hamburger with mustard instead of whoppers. Please make that make sense. Very rude and I'm honestly very impressed on how you pull that off. Even Brockton Burger King does better than Norwell, that's very sad.
