Slowest dunks in MA. They only have 2 people working the weekends so it takes 20 minutes to place an order.No drive thru either.The dunks down the street has a normal amount of people working so the wait is nothing.

I ordered online this morning, my order was accepted, my account was charged, and when I got there there was one employee sitting in there with the doors locked. She came to the door and explained the manager Tonya called her and she wasn’t coming in today. I asked how to get my money back, and she told me when there’s enough employees, they will process my order. That doesn’t help me because I will be at work. There is a way to shut off the app for specific locations when you can’t process orders, the employee has never been shown how to do that. I want to know how to get my money back and I am through with that location.

I feel bad for the crew you walk into other dunks they have 5 or more on staff I see people all the time turning around because of the line word is there slow around town well I wander why 2 people working it's a joke and u wander why nobody goes back

I know you’re short handed but watching people in the back talking or going on breaks when you have customers waiting (or leaving from the wait) in the store. No drive-thru either. It’s a gamble whether your order will be good or bad. Good luck!

Depending on who waits on you, your experience can be really good or really upsetting! Always check your food/drink before leaving the store. Wish they had crullers still! Also get there early for specific donuts-lemon, butternut etc. or they might not have what you’re looking for.
Super friendly staff, service was super fast and they actually made my coffee the correct way.

Great for coffee, & or tea. If one is hungry, they can enjoy a donut, or pastry, & or egg cheese & bacon or sausage on a bagel, muffin or wrap or croissant. I usually have cereal or oats & fruit soaked in almond milk @ home.
