To start with i go here on weekends and Fridays in the morning and the service and food quality is already way below average. Always busy and even after I wait so long the food is barely warm and its soggy. I have started to get breakfast from actual places because of this.

This morning (nov 2 ) was so bad I had to Include pictures. Almost 30 doller order and everything that had to be made was made badly or just wrong.

Sausage sandwiches are barely ever fully cooked always come out soggy not surprising to me.

The loadedHash brown bowls came out with absolutely no cheese.And all chipotle sauce all over it, which I can't even remember.If that is HOW its supposed to be made or not....

The absolute worst part of this is that I went to a coffee place.And the worst part of my order was the coffee.The only thing I really wanted this morning was a good coffee I cant even describe what they gave to me ? Not sure what that is but its not OK or safe? Looks like discusting sludge. . . Without a doubt never going to this place again 27 dollar order and all that came out right was one drink. . . Please do better being busy is no excuse to have such poor quality.

My friend was recently harassed here by the staff. One of the staff members working saw my friend walk in and decided to attach a note onto the food that was going to them for the person with him to read, bringing in a personal matter that concerned her friend into it to try and turn the person my friend was with against him. It was overall so unprofessional and so rude for her to do. I do not recommend going here.

Wow, the new chipotle hash brown bacon egg and cheese breakfast wrap is out of this world. I cannot get enough of them. Now if they would only bring back the turkey bacon cheddar wrap I would be truly happy. But you need to try this new breakfast wrap, it’s fantastic. FANTASTIC

Weird dude in a ponytail started yelling at my mother for having to redo her coffee a bunch of times, babe you got her order wrong the first time maybe make it the way she asked? We had this other nice crew member there trying to help then this weird dude in a high ponytail starts yelling at my mother asking how many more time it'll take to remake her coffee. My mom was being so kind to the crew members this entire time and this reaction was entirely uncalled, I even stepped in as her younger daughter, why would you even think to talk to her like that when she was being so kind just trying to get her coffees? If you don't like your job don't work there! Terrible service, my mom threw out her coffee afterwards, scared to drink her coffee after the matter. Also I may add when we asked for the receipt, they refused to give it to us. Is that legal? Let me know !

waited 10 minutes for a medium ice regular and didn’t receive it until i asked one of the employees “excuse me is my coffee coming up” and she replied yes the whole town is here right here you’ll have to be patient” with lots of attitude and many others before me received there coffee before me i always go in there and every worker has a attitude like they are getting paid to make us food not give us attitude. just put the doughnuts in the bag
