I feel really bad for the staff, this location gets overwhelmed really easily because it is a small location with a lot of complex foot and vehicle traffic. However, every time I go the staff has been super nice, very validating, always fixes the problem if you ask. I appreciate those who work there and I am grateful for the opportunity to visit here.

I stopped in here pretty often while I'm on my way home especially during the summer because I'll get a refresher or something cool to drink on my drive home. They are always super quick and I have never gotten any part of my orders messed up at this location unlike most other locations.

I love this place. Visiting from across New England and this dunkin stands out. Always packed, yet zero wait time. Best drinks/food. 10 out of 5 stars. Dunkin Corporate needs to make it possible to tip through the app bc most people just dont carry cash anymore. This crew deserves a reward in the form of large sums of cash!

I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts every day in the morning. It is fantastic at night. They don’t speak English. They can’t understand what you’re asking for they can’t make you coffee and they’re rude as hell when they don’t understand you 🤡 Like it’s your fault they don’t speak English. I just stopped going here, not worth it.
I was staying at the hotel around the corner and was looking for a place to have a quick breakfast before heading out. The dining area was warm and inviting with a little fireplace. The employees were busy, but very attentive and helpful. Would definitely go there again if I was in town.

The staff working the drive-thru are not well-trained at all. They never have your whole order ready and it takes forever to get through the line. Considering I order through the mobile app, this is pretty egregious. Also, whenever we go through the drive-thru, there is one staffer who will always call me a "cheater" for ordering on the app. The same app her boss told me to download. This is my regular morning Dunks, but the last week has been frustrating. This morning, I ordered three bottles of water and only received two. And we waited behind a customer while the staff struggled to find their order. This has sadly become the norm.
