The staff working the drive-thru are not well-trained at all. They never have your whole order ready and it takes forever to get through the line. Considering I order through the mobile app, this is pretty egregious. Also, whenever we go through the drive-thru, there is one staffer who will always call me a "cheater" for ordering on the app. The same app her boss told me to download. This is my regular morning Dunks, but the last week has been frustrating. This morning, I ordered three bottles of water and only received two. And we waited behind a customer while the staff struggled to find their order. This has sadly become the norm.

The employees, instead of serving, were laughing and talking, a simple black coffee took 15 minutes when there were only 3 customers in the store! They keep talking and laughing at the client.

Ordered a large hot regular. Person making it poured coffee from one cup into another? Then forgot the sugar. Tasted so bad I poured it away

As DD's go, this is a very good place. The food and coffee is the usual Dunkin fare. But the employees really make this place. I've never seen any employee unhappy.And they keep this place spotless!

Parking: Small parking area. But I've always found a parking spot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very handicap accessible and good parking.

I went to the drive-through 15 minutes before closing. They couldn’t hear my order through their speaker. They told me after I repeated my order four times to drive up to the window With my coffee order. They gave me a large instead of a medium. They made it completely wrong. They were obviously rushing. I am not happy at all with my service. I am a nurse. I work very very long hours. And I needed a coffee to get me through the shift and they made it completely wrong. The guy said oh well, I charged you for a medium, but I gave you a large. Cool that’s not what I asked for. I asked for a specific drink to be made specifically. Unacceptable

OMG!Saturday morning stale donuts! are you kidding me? These were yesterday‘s donuts left over! I’d be ashamed to even give these bricks away! Total trash,I’ll never go to Dunkin’ Donuts again… And I don’t know what they’ve done to the coffee but it’s not like it used to be,obviously they sold out to a company that has no clue it is riding on the DD name.. Disgraceful
