Our resident Thanksgiving was today. Without question one of the best Thanksgiving meals I have ever had. Turkey was so moist, cooked to perfection, along with the stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and carrots. Definitely my go to caterers!!!

I normally dont write this kind of review, particularly for a small business, but I am outraged by the unprofessional experlience that my sister just had here. My sister has ordered Thanksgiving dinner here for as long as I can remember. Even on years that she wasn't hosting, she would but a meal because she didn't want to get " off the list".Last year she had to cancel a portion of the order when our mother passed away on November 12th. She went and picked up her order and paid as normal. When she called today to put in this year's order she was told she was no longer " on the list " because she had cancelled part of her order. She clearly called and cancelled or her original order would have been there when she picked up.She tried to explain to the owner that had she been told the ramifications, she would have paid for the original order and donated the extra food. No one at the time that she modified the order or when she picked up said anything about no longer being allowed to order.She has been a loyal customer for well over a decade and has raved about this place in the past. I find it incredible that a family business would have no compassion or concerns for such such a dedicated customer.

I would give them 5 stars for their Thanksgiving dinner, but 1 start for customer service. My sister has been buying Thanksgiving dinner for the family for as long as I can remember. Last year, she had placed 2 separate orders for Thanksgiving. One for her home and one for mine. Unfortunately our Mother ( legacy.com/obituaries/na… ) passed away a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving. Patricia called and asked to cancel 1 of the 2 orders due to Mom's passing. The owner told her that she called the day before Thanksgiving to cancel, that is not true. She picked up her order on Thanksgiving morning as usual. She called today to order again and was told that she is no longer on "the list" and can't order due to last years cancellation. In speaking with the owner she indicated she would have paid for the other order and donated it to a family in need had she known that they would no longer allow her to order again. What a sad state we are in when the loss of a parent is not a good reason for cancellation.

I am disgusted and angry at the outrageously poor customer experience that my sister just had here. She has been ordering Thanksgiving dinner for well over 10 years. She even ordered on the years she wasn't hosting in order to stay ' on the list" . She raved about the food and was a strong advocate for this business. She just called to put in her order and they told her she was " off the list" because she cancelled part of her order last year. She did cancel part of her order because our mother had died after a very long illness. She went , paid for and picked up her order last year. No one said to her when she cancelled the extra food or when she went there that she would be " off the list" because she cancelled a portion. If she didn't cancel, why would they not have had the original order when she showed up. They clearly knew she cancelled. She tried to explain that had she been told the ramifications, she would have paid for and donated the extra food She is so angry and upset because the owner would not even listen or try to work with her after all these years. I am angry for her. The food maybe good but clearly the service is not. As a family business I would have expected more compassion and consideration for a long term customer. This company was on time, ready and staff looked presentable. the set up food table presentation was eye catching and unique. I have gone back many times now to them for Weddings, baby showers, kids parties, and even thanksgiving dinner. I will continue to go to them for upcoming events and recommend in when asked because of my personal experiences and his encounters with family friends functions as well. If you try them, I’m sure that you too will be satisfied with them. I notice every event no matter how big or small the same attention to detail is there with impeccable food, attentive service, and a variety of casual or classy menu options from daytime lunch to 5 star dining with very reasonable prices. I think over all, I just enjoy the attentive and plain nice customer service, that seems to be almost extinct nowadays.

We ordered our Christmas dinner for the 22nd, an early date but it was the only time the entire family could get together. I was on the way to pick up the food when we get a call. Hart Bros Caterers forgot to cook our turkey. Our family Christmas dinner was ruined. Utterly unprofessional and unacceptable for a catering business, especially at this time of year. Never going with them ever again.

10/22/2018 Where to begin? There are no adjectives great enough to write a review of this fabulous catering business and the owner, Michael Hart. Hart Brothers provided personal service from beginning to end and included some much-needed consolation regarding the loss of a dear family member. Michael Hart's food items were high quality and beyond delicious. The presentation of the food and the wait staff was impeccable. The hot foods were hot and all of the items were beautifully arranged and kept fully stocked during the after the funeral gathering of family and friends. His caring and kindness will long be remembered. If there is ever a need for catering services again there will be no question as to who we will choose to give our business to. I would suggest that you look no further than Hart Bros. A+++ in every respect.
