When they opened here in Rockland I went several times and realized that something needed to improve in the service as the wait was long; Considering the food was good it was worth the wait. Unfortunately, today we bought some pastries and they were all hard, holes and with grease inside. Guys, is it difficult to maintain quality????? I don't like being boring but it seems that in Brazilian establishments there is no way, it seems like they are doing us a favor, unfortunately!

Well, to begin with, the soda I got was old and completely out of gas! Dirty place, poorly organized, filthy floor!!!!! I don't even want to think what the kitchen is like! Now about the pizza, the topping is good, but the dough, my God, is terrible!!! It looked like pastry dough, the dough was soft and extremely thin! I never recommend this place! Oh, not to mention that you eat the pizza on a PAPER plate that you tear with a knife! Horrible ?

Ordered from here in a numerous times and there’s has always been an issue with the time promised. They are always late. I was given 55 mins for my order to be completed. I arrived to pick up cause it was showing that the order was ready for pickUp, once I arrived I was told it would take another 10 mins for my order to be ready. I returned in 10 mins and the order was ready, however the food was cold! I ordered a Pastel and the filling was warm, so this was sitting out there for a while, and the esfihas were all cold as well. I want to support small local businesses but it’s becoming very hard. It’s a waste of my time and money.

I ordered 3 hot dogs, a burger, 1 combo of fries and three guaranas for delivery, however, one hot dog was missing and I paid 79 dollars for everything for one thing to be missing, that's not fair.
