Went to Mimas for my birthday on Sunday September 14th . I am Cuban and miss my mother’s cooking so much unfortunately she passed several years ago. I had Congris ropa vieja, platanos madura, empanadas yuca con mojo even bought a cuban sandwich to go that I ate later that was incredibly delicious.The Cuisine here was as close as it gets to my Mamitas cooking. We savored every bite . The lady that served my wife and I made us feel as if we were sitting in her home. Thank you Mamita for making my birthday special.
