I am just leaving the Wendy’s in Rockland 02/27/25 and this gentleman that was at the window was the rudest guy snatches the card from me was so mean he had a bad attitude I asked him hey are you OK today because it seems like you’re really being rude to me, and he just gave my bag and slam the window. I would never return back to this business again….training is the key management

I was there yesterday on 2/20 at around 4:30. I understand the new normal of overpaying for fast food. The double bacon cheeseburger could of been a left over from the day before. How in the world the board of health hasn't closed this place down tells me they don't exist. The 2 young boys I can't say were rude because they couldn't have opened the window any faster and throw my sorry excuse of food at me and didn't say 2 words. You couldn't pay me enough to ever get food from this place again. Just plain awful!

This Wendy’s location is consistently bad. I’ve had them give me raw chicken and never reach out to correct that or refund me. Their beverages never taste the way they are supposed to. Avoid this location if you can.

bought a Dave's single and the patty was raw. Considering the recent e coli outbreak, you would think they would be more careful with the food they are serving customers. I also sent a complaint to Wend'y corporate via email and never got a response.

Unfortunately this is the closest Wendy’s to my location. They’re morning staff really needs an attitude adjustment. Multiple time multiple different employees either treat customers like they’re just pissed they have to be doing like anything taking an order making an order properly . They’re all just annoyed. If they even answer the drive thru at all it’s a miracle

It's the closest Wendy's to me for a quick lunch. The workers always seem to be ovehelmed and frustrated, but there's one personel there,D, she is always smiling and preparing the best salad. Kudos to her!
