It was pretty quiet for a rainy Saturday evening. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We got drinks and the ordered chicken nachos, which came out smoking hot and tasty. Got plenty of sour cream and guacamole on the side as well. Then we bother ordered Steaktips with mashed potatoes and broccoli, they also came out hot and delicious. Then had a slice of Lemon cake, which was not bad, and that wrapped it up. Also wanted to note , we sat right near the gas fireplace which was a nice touch as well. Thank you.

Overall service, ambience was good. I had the fresh haddock fish & chips which was excellent and plenty of it, couldn't finish it and took half home. Hubby's burger good and cooked as ordered. Other two in party ordered the tips which they said good but not that tender and didn't finish them. Caesar salad side was just ok. Lots of good choices on the menu to try, prices are a bit higher than other places we've been for the quality we got. We would go back however.

We had a good experience from arrival to departure. All employees were pleasant and efficient. Entree prices are reasonable and the food was good. We had chicken wings, chowder, poke bowl. Our server, Bill, was very pleasant and attentive.

As with most restaurants today, portions of the main dishes were small and prices high. Guinness on tap so that's a plus for me. Hostess didn't read our reservation notes which has occurred several times in the past regarding a special seating request but we instead found a seat at the bar. The lighting is so bright that you would think you are walking into a last call and they were getting ready to clean up for the night. Lights need to be dimmed a bit to set a more inviting tone. But all in all ok place if you are in the neighborhood.

In our party of three, two of us were first-time patrons, and the third hadn't visited Bradford Tavern for some time. I wasn't sure what to expect on a Tuesday night. While it was a quieter night in terms of customers, the room was reasonably full. The volume for both music and chatter was moderate which was a welcome change from other restaurants. There was also a fire going in the fireplace adding to the cozy atmosphere. All three of us ordered the seafood casserole, and it was delicious. One member of our party is not fond of onions (present in the roasted vegetable side); the alternate broccoli side was crisp and tasty. The lemon cake dessert was also delicious. Our waitress Zoe was attentive and welcoming. There was no problem with splitting the bill and using two credit cards to pay. We enjoyed our time at Bradford Tavern very much and hope to return in the near future!

If I could leave a negative star I would. The staff at the bar were so rude and offensive during a retirement party held here it was deplorable. They were receiving lots of revenue and tips on a otherwise slow afternoon ( literally three people at the bar) yet they were un accommodating and treated us (the 25 customers there for the retirement party) as second class citizens. If I hadn’t been there to attend a party I would have left after the first 10 minutes. We are a group of grown adults who were not a rowdy crowd, just interested in sending off a wonderful woman who dedicated 30+ years of service to a school district. Additionally, the bar was filthy the bartender unkempt and there were hundreds of flies. I will never return to this establishment- I was so offended by the way in which the staff conducted themselves. Shame on the owners if they don’t address it.

Love this place. We found this place randomly, but the food is amazing!! Love the steak and seafood casserole. The lemon cake is a must try. The service from James is awesome! Will come again!!!

Reminded them twice the bathroom had no soap, which made the overall experience less than ideal. Makes you wonder how the staff washes their hands.
Bradford Tavern is definitely worth a visit! The margaritas are fantastic—perfectly balanced and refreshing. I also highly recommend the pretzel appetizer; it’s a great start to the meal.
While I’ve heard that reviews have been mixed in the past, it’s clear that the recent change in ownership and staff has made a big difference. The new team is doing a phenomenal job, and it shows in both the quality of the food and the service.
If you haven’t been to Bradford Tavern lately, now is the time to give it another try!

Always went there for the Short rib dinner but they changed the menu and the short rib now comes with Shrimp and a wine sauce?? was NOT good! Wine sauce was unfinished, shrimp soggy and why would you pair these together??? Root vegetables and gravy prior was delicious! So sad… probably won’t return… Also… sat at the bar. Bartender asked how everything was… told her, she could have cared less. Will spend my $100 somewhere else next time!

We had the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and Steak Típ sandwich- both were SO good. Our cocktails were very good as well. Bar stools are really comfy and the staff were friendly. Great experience and the sandwiches were top notch!

We held an event at the Bradford Tavern for a family meet & greet prior to our son/daughter-in-laws wedding. Mary was our host, and was so sweet, personal and helpful. She set a great appetizer menu for us, and everyone loved the food. And the bartending staff did a great job helping us welcome family from across the US and Canada.
