Our local dunks is always packed, but they’re still quick and incredibly friendly here! Unlike some other Dunkin’ locations, they always get our order right!
Bonus: they often give a little bit of plain donut to our dog!

Out-of-town, driving through, DD was in the perfect spot. The donuts were Dunkin, the breakfast sandwiches hit the spot, and the coffee was hot. By the way, driving through New England, I have found that DD coffee just tastes better up here. Also, the bathrooms were clean. Great crew working at this location!

There's a 1:3 chance of my black iced tea lemonade coming out the way it supposed to be made. The other chances being unsweetened black tea or sweetened black tea both of which still don't have the lemonade. Overall, will still keep going because it's on the way to work but it's still a disappointment everytime.

This place is okay. The donuts are okay. The coffee is okay. The parking is okay. If your going to get coffee and a donut around here just get a donut from Market Basket or Three Sweet Peas down the street.
they always turn off the ovens and are very rude. They close the oven hours before they close the actual store very disappointing.

if i could give this dunks a 0 I would. Completely awful service, messed up my order in 3 different ways and proceeded to blame it on me. Save yourself from this dunks and drive the extra few miles to the one in Georgetown where the staff is amazing!!!

Google says this location opens at 4:30AM. Arrived this morning at 4:35AM and employee told me “ I’m opening late today, we won’t be open until 5”.

I went here today for 1 hot coffee. At the drive-thru, I was handed the coffee, and as soon as I took it into my truck, the lid popped off and some of the coffee spilled on me and my seat. She quickly took it back saying she would put it in a new cup, which she did. But when I got to my destination, and opened it, I found she poured what was left in the original cup instead of replacing or at least refilling it. Also, the last time I went inside to order, I was rudely informed that I had to order from the kiosk, and refused to just take my order. Coincidentally, it was the same girl as todays visit.
