I went through the drive thru and I was given coke instead of Diet Coke, when my adult son brought them back in they took them around the corner and came back with the 3 drinks. Unbelievable that they were all coke, not diet but trusted it was correct until I arrived home and realized they were wrong. Not happy with this McDonald’s 🤨

The incompetence at this place is unbelievable. I'm aware one's not dealing with earth's finest over there, but they're exceptionally bad. No counter service to speak of. The self order kiosk is a convoluted mess. They only serve one drive-thru lane (if you're lucky) even though the other one is open so you can sit there until you figure out it's closed. It's an expensive waste of time for sub-par "food" and no service. They do keep the interior of the building very clean, though. I assume it's because no one has ever been able to order and eat in there. I've wasted several minutes writing this so you don't have to waste much more time at that establishment. Avoid!!

Orders are never made on time take 15+ minutes to make some nuggets and fries
This location consistently fails to give you what you order. The only way to ensure you're receiving what you pay for is by going inside and ordering on the kiosk that will likely be out of receipt paper, in which case you're not able to prove your incorrect order without a headache of a time trying to retrieve the receipt from the POS system. This location needs to better train their employees on drive thru orders.
