I just got scammed and this McDonald’s I ordered a number 7 with taxes should’ve been like around $10 almost $11 they charged me $15. I asked for a shot of espresso it wasn’t add and after going through the drive thru still had to get out of my car to get the milk and sugar I asked for. Start scam.

I have been to this mcdonald’s numerous times, each time hoping it would be a better experience (it wasn’t !) They seem to constantly mess up orders,forget things, and seem very irritated when they are told they messed up your order. The nuggets ALWAYS taste like they are 5 days old and have been sitting out. To me it just seems like there fryers are never working because every item on their menu is always dry and never crispy like they advertise it to be. Yes it’s mcdonald’s i’m not expecting high end 5 star food from here but it is dissapointing when i’ve spent 25 dollars on food for myself and family and it’s never right nor taste good.

Worst of all McDonald's. They can't understand English. Get the orders wrong. They all look like their half asleep. But plz....learn English. How did they properly get thru the hiring process? Go to Beverly, Danvers. Newburyport, heck, even swing up to Seabrook. But do yourself a favor, don't waste your time going to Rowley just to get the order wrong because of lousy communication.

The food is fine as long as they understand what you’re ordering (they don’t!!!).I ordered an iced coffee hazelnut with cream and she handed it to me and said decaf black. I went inside to not hold up the line and told her what I wanted and still didn’t get the right thing. And that was after waiting 10 mins because no one looks at the counter. Train your staff!!!

They just did something really ILLEGAL and UNSANITARY. They gave us the wrong size fries but I touched them and ate one. My husband went back in to get the correct size fry so they gave him the large fry and took the wrong one out of bag and through it back in where their fries are made. This is one of the most expensive McDonald’s around.. their hours are incorrect and they always mess up orders.
Second time I placed an order for someone else to go pick up for me. The app relies on your location which means the person that places the order has to go get… makes sense. But what doesn’t make sense is if I have full proof of what I paid for at McDonald’s the workers will still not give the order to my friend. Second time I have done this and this time I tried it a different way but the app is way too strict and should not rely only on location of the person that placed the order, they already send you a 4 digit code to read out and an order receipt, it should not be this much of a process for fast food. Especially after paying $16.00 for a kids meal is outrageous and I shouldn’t have to go through the hassle. The app just offers way too much processing and not enough service. I should not have to go through so much proof to show that I placed an order for a meal at McDonald’s…

I have been here many times in past especially for the coffee. However today both service and product were horrible. The coffee tasted like swamp water. I bought two large coffees got out to car and one had no creme or sugar in it. I had to go back in and had to wait while counter staff stopped talking to co-worker to have her give me the creme for my coffee. I went into to use men's room and the place was disgusting. The floor was covered with litter and debris. I have never seen this place so disheveled. What a shame because I really enjoyed the coffee.

I went through the drive thru and I was given coke instead of Diet Coke, when my adult son brought them back in they took them around the corner and came back with the 3 drinks. Unbelievable that they were all coke, not diet but trusted it was correct until I arrived home and realized they were wrong. Not happy with this McDonald’s 🤨
