One of my go-to’s in the area! We love the family who owns and runs it. The food has always been fresh and prepared with care. It comes out absolutely delicious! Personal family favorites are: the calzones, pizza and subs! Love to support this wonderful, local business.

Amazing....just amazing. Nice family run shop. I think this may be the best locally owned pizza shop in the area. Must try

In my opinion as someone fairly new to New England, this is the best pizza I found in this part of MA. Most of the other places around are Greek-style pizza, which I’m not a fan of.Recently we had our favorite, the “Sweet, Spicy, Salty” pizza, which has pineapple, bacon, and jalapeños. We ordered at 7pm on a Friday, and by the time we arrived 15min later the pie was ready. The toppings were fresh, the amount of sauce and cheese appropriate, and the crust - my favorite part - was tasty and chewy. There are a few tables, but this isn’t an “Italian Restaurant,” it’s a pizza joint. The business is clearly geared toward takeout.Friendly people, good food, what else do you want?

Got a large chicken and broccoli, when i opened the pizza it was pretty much just a cheese pizza, had like 6 tiny pieces of chicken and like 2 pieces of broccoli that had been picked apart as thin as possible. Wasn't mad just disappointed The pizza itself reminded me of the Sahara desert, scarce and desolate. two large pizzas for 50$ is mind blowing.

Subpar at best. Few different instances really rubbed me the wrong way and I’ll never go here again. 1.) I ordered delivery to Ipswich. Paid over the phone for 1 GF pizza (which is over $20 btw, already kind of ridiculous). The delivery driver (who wears a kilt, Idk his name) calls me super angry because he could not find my apartment. I told him I’d meet him in the parking lot by my car (gave description of my car). I meet him and tip him a $5 bill (it was all I had on me in cash and almost $30 for one pizza is crazy). He then proceeds to give me a hard time about him not being able to find my unit, was super rude about it to me. I don’t know what he was expecting to achieve out of this. Sounds like a him problem. 2.) The next time I called for delivery the employee on the phone said let me put you on hold, he didn’t press the hold button I heard the entire convo- he says to the delivery driver “Do you want to deliver to Ips.? It’s the girl who gave you a $5 tip last time.” As if $5 tip for ONE pizza is not enough… it was a 25% tip of what I ordered. The employee took my order. And I paid over the phone with my debit card and I added a tip over the phone for the driver and I think I tipped $10 because of the comment he made, which is a 50% tip of what I ordered and should not have felt guilted into tipping more. The delivery driver knocks on my front door, I take the pizza and proceed to go back into my apartment. He knocks on my door and is very rude and berates me for a tip, saying this is how he makes his living, etc. not even in a kind way. I said I paid over the phone and tipped $10 over the phone. Again, I tipped more this time when I should not have felt pressured into doing so only for him to be rude to me, again. The delivery driver called Pizza Factory in front of me and made me give him my debit card and read the employee my debit card numbers over the phone. Allegedly the payment did not go through the first time… and 3.) this happened prior to both instances above. I was working in Rowley, got out of work and called Pizza Factory for a pizza. No one answered the phone. So I drove over there. I was the only customer in the lot and I was parked directly in front of the location and could see all employees inside. I called from my car to order - I watched as no one did anything and completely ignored the phone call. I should have just left, but proceeded to go inside to order and then they took my order. The employees are rude, especially delivery driver. I’m gluten free so limited options, the pizza is way too expensive for what it is and it’s subpar AT BEST. Topsfield House has a $11 gluten free pizza and it’s amazing, plus the staff are so friendly. I guess Rowley House has a GF pizza now but have yet to try it (also not sure the price point). Definitely skip this place.

$15.95 for a Cobb salad with 1 chopped up chicken tender.pink salad dressing- gross. This is the 3rd not great experience there. Previous 2 times , someone there screwed up our order- wrong fries once & the other they left out one of our meals. Not a fan.

Older lady who I believe works there was walk-in around without shoes on at one point. Not a huge deal but pretty strange.

Everything they serve is the best version of that thing. If you like a North Shore Greek pizza joint experience, they have perfected it. Of the 3-4 pizza places in this area, none have stepped up to do something better. Like a wood-fired oven, or serve Detroit or Chicago-style pizza. I don't know who the frozen vender is who seems to deliver to all the North Shore pizza places, but they are raking it in. In conclusion, they are good, better than most, but I wish for a bit more. Oh, also prices are high.

Every single time I come here the young staff is so rude and careless. I have never been to a pizza place that allows staff to sit around while tables are filthy leaving customers without a clean place to eat. The delivery driver is always sitting infront of the bathroom door pushed back so far you have to ask him to move to get into the bathroom . Not impressed at all. My dad asked for a to go box multiple times and the staff looked at him like he at 10 heads and went back to doing whatever was more important. Not impressed at all. My dad asked for his personal pizza warmed up. The girl working at th counter gave him the dirtiest look then proceeded to not heat it up and served it to him cold. The employees really no how to make people feel unwelcome that's for sure. Will not be back.

This place is great, but being closed on Sundays is ridiculous. ?Update: Between this place and Rowley house, they’re randomly closed during normal hours. Better off going somewhere in Ipswich or Newburyport unless you’re feeling lucky!

Ordered a panini. Waste of money. They should be embarrassed selling this. Feel the same with most of their food. Pizza slice is good though.

Everything that we have had at Rowley Pizza factory has been consistently great!Tonight we had a pizza with pepperoni, green pepper, and onion, and we asked them to sauté the green pepper and onion first. It was fantastic, perfectly cooked!

I like their gluten free pizza a lot, but it is typically on the greasy side. I usually have to pat it off with a paper towel or so, but the flavorful pizza experience makes up for it!
