Twice,I have ordered a chicken and rice plate with a side of rice and beans.Both times they got messed up My bf called tinight I was right there and when I went to pick up the food it was wrong again.The man was annoyed and sighed at his own error.I asked if it was new owners and lady had me repeat that 3 times.The rice and beans are different than what i always have ordered from here.I presume new owners and wont be back.Sad to see Chachos go!!

Great quality, reasonable prices. I love popping in here after work for an empanada and a slice of cheese, for $4.50!!! They regularly have a pork shoulder roasted (pernil). Slice of cheese is thick and made with quality cheese and dough, unlike all the other cheap places that do ultra thin crust.

Why would you waste you time using a quality chicken cutlet and then make the sanwhich look like trash I ask for tomatoes a you me these weird cuts of tomatoes I ask for lettuce you give me almost no lettuce and even worst what you do give is the white part, I am very disappointed.
I think about Chacho’s a lot… I’ve only been once but I cannot wait to go back. Thank you Chacho’s for all you do. Here is a picture of my roommate having the best time at Chacho’s.
