They just refuse to talk properly. I just asked how long will it take my order to reach as it had already been 2 hours since i ordered. It was also not a big order just 2 medium pizzas. The store said that it will take more 15-20 minutes and when asking whether the pizza will still be fresh said deal with it.

My daughter as well as I got sick eating their stuff crust pizza it was disgusting 🤮 don't want to know about them the person I spoke to on the phone was not helpful and gave me a hard time no solution to the issue just to send back the pizza after I already threw it out... what I was going to do about it basically !??😡🤬
Lily from 1400 tremont st said they only deliver to addresses less than 1.7 miles away. Thought that was odd. She also gave me a lot of attitude over a question. Anyway, if you’re 1.7 miles away from this location, please don’t bother contacting them :)
Pretty horrible service. Never answer and hang up on you if they even tell you’re about to complain about them leaving out items and still charging you.

I keep trying to go back to this Domino’s hoping something would change with service, but I haven’t had two orders go by without being messed up, be horribly late (at least 2 hours), or having items be simply forgotten.
