Domino's Pizza

They need better management, pizza wasn’t cut all the way i put half pepperoni and half cheese and got most cheese. disgusting sanitation

This is the worst pizza place in America. The service is terrible, the manager is horrible, the owner is never there they had my elderly mother waiting on food and they sent someone that can not read a address and calling a lot at the wrong place with the food. The only words he know is, it’s domino’s outside that’s all he kept saying. That’s crazy for a company that makes millions they should do better do not ever use them waste of time and money..

Very poor service, they say 10 minutes, they keep you waiting for half an hour, they don't care about people's time.

Asked for extra pepperoni and somehow got a cheese pizza. Nice

Hands down the worst dominos to order from - they forget items and it’s impossible to try and contact them to get them redelivered.

This location is busy only because of its location. I ordered pick up and the first thing I noticed was the mess. They remade my pizza 3 times and each time they left off some toppings. I watched the staff all keep opening the first box of pizza made wrong. When I asked about it they claimed they threw it away. Do they not get an employee meal? Why are they wasting customers time just to eat the wrongly made pizza?? One of the employees looked at me like she wanted to fight and only stopped when I said something about her looking at me like I did something to her. I then told them to give me a refund and I don’t want the food. If they are tampering with food I will not be the one to find out. The manager is definitely stealing money. I paid in cash and he tried to tell me my refund will be back on my card in so many days. I had to yell at this guy for him to give me my cash back. I never gave him a card. Busy shouldn’t mean dirty and incompetent. The pizza was advertised as 6.99 but came up to 19$ with the toppings. Of course I wanted every topping paid for. My dad wanted to try the stuffed crust. If it wasn’t for that I would have went to AKs right across the street.

ordered delivery. delivered wrong items and food was undercooked. delivery instructions were basically disregarded and not followed whatsoever. this isn’t the first time this dominos has no followed instructions or messed up my order. need to stop ordering from this specific one as that do not follow instructions clearly or read what an order says

Deyvi, delivery driver, was so sweet; but my order was wrong. I tried calling the store twice (no answer). Texted driver and told him about the situation. Based on recent reviews, I am not surprised about this location. 😬

I ordered two pizzas via uber eats. One was a philly steak which I didn't want to complain about even though the onions and peppers weren't cooked at all. The kicker was the feta and Spinach pizza... I added chicken to it. When it arrived, it was unsalvageable even though I tried! It seems as if someywas angry with me and just dumped a whole jar of sauce on my pizza. Soggy and disgusting.
Pretty sure this is my last time ordering there.

It happened to me a year ago and now again, where I was waiting 2h for my food and it never arrived late night. This is irresponsible and disrespectful to customers either hire people who wants to work or don’t have a dominos in this area as I can see from other customer experience here they also been through the same situation. It’s mind blowing that this issue has not been resolved!

They just refuse to talk properly. I just asked how long will it take my order to reach as it had already been 2 hours since i ordered. It was also not a big order just 2 medium pizzas. The store said that it will take more 15-20 minutes and when asking whether the pizza will still be fresh said deal with it.
