Poor customer service. I waited for almost 30 minutes for a mobile order. An employee said they were short staffed. Manager should have turned off mobile orders until they caught up.

The new Dunkin’ manager Kenneara is amazing. The energy that Kenneara brings day in and day out to the restaurant is the reason I keep coming back. This location before was never running so smoothly. Under pressure she moves with grace and is a prime example for her team as the leader. When the store is busy she does her best to keep the team in order and keep things flowing so customers can get in and out. She is very dedicated, Ive seen her here at closing on a few occasions coming in for my afternoon refresher.

Kudos to Sosa. She is a SuperWoman. I placed my order in Dunkin at 3:23 on 8/21/2025, at 3:25. A rush of customers came in that did not stop until 4 p.m. Sosa was the only one working behind the counter the entire time. I sat down and enjoyed my order of food and beverage that Sosa prepared for me.
I watched for the next 30 minutes, well Sosa prepared everyone's order that was in line, AND every mobile order that came over, without missing a beat. The rush ended at 4:00.
A second employee came behind the counter at 4:01 from her break, with little to do, business had slowed.
I had finished my meal and headed home. When I come back tomorrow,
I hope Sosa, who I call...
Dunkin's SuperWoman is there to take my order.

Dirty and disgusting dunkin. I ordered mango pineapple refresher this morning and i found black dirt inside the cup and a huge black dirt when i drained it into the water. Never again. Waste of money plus long time waiting and rude customer service.

Service is so slow; I did a mobile order 10min before arriving because I know this, and I still ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. I left with just my coffee and left without my food.

if you order the same coffee every day for 7 days straight, you’ll be lucky to get your coffee made correctly just 1 day out of those 7.

The manager are super nice, but the service is extremely slow can never get in and out. You’re always gonna stand there and wait more than 15 minutes for your food or coffee.
