Bro I swear to god they made me wait 25 minutes for a coffee so I let slide since i though it was a one time thing but this is the second time I have waited over 20 for something tho they had 8 people working

A lady who prepare food wearing gloves it’s prefect however I see her pulling her pants/jeans and grab food from toaster. Without changing gloves they need some kind of hygiene orientation. Smh

I recently ordered an iced coffee. One third of the drink was just ice, in spite of me specifically asking for less ice. This is a very poor way of making profit. I paid to get coffee, not ice.

Stranger Danger
I generally don't write reviews but this time I had to. When I went to this branch of Dunkin, there were 2 women working and both of them had a bad attitude. No hello, no smile back, nothing but arrogance. When I asked for extra sugar packets, one of them looked at me like I was asking for her property to be written in my name. I don't know if this is because they are overworked or just lazy. And the sugar packets she gave were stained and dirty. The experience overall was extremely bad in this particular branch. The drink I had was good though. I wish they hired people who are actually interested in working there.

I waited in line for 20 minutes and then when it was my turn to order, while placing my order they said they’re not taking food orders anymore because they’re backed up. I waited in line for nothing and that’s something that should have been communicated before not when it’s finally my turn to order.

This is the best Dunkin I have ever been to. There is lots of nice, clean seating inside and the tables have outlets so it is a great place to do work. There are also a few tables outside, but they are more or less in the parking lot, so not the best view. Still, a nice option. Also, the staff here are super kind. The food always comes out really quickly, and everything is organized and efficient. The vibes here feel a lot more like a high-end cafe than a Dunkin.
