Let me just say this: there is nothing royal about Royal Fried Chicken except maybe the royal mess they served us. My man ordered a cheeseburger and I got the four-piece chicken with fries. He barely finished the burger before he was running to the bathroom throwing up like he just left a frat party, and I took one bite of the chicken before my stomach started doing backflips like it was training for the Olympics.
The chicken? HARD. Dry. Tasted like it was fried sometime last week and reheated in a microwave powered by lies. And don’t let them fool you with that “we make everything fresh daily” nonsense. If that chicken was fresh, then I’m the queen of England.
We went back to speak to them respectfully and they came at us rude, loud, and dismissive. No accountability, no refund, no remorse. Just straight up gaslighting like we were making it up for fun.
Do yourself a favor: skip this spot unless you like paying to get sick and disrespected. Zero stars if I could.
