“Ordered 4 subs today at around 230 only received 3 the order was 2 steak and cheese a chkn cutlet and a ham and cheese only received 1 steak and cheese but paid for both is there a way to rectify this since you guys never answer the phone ?“

“Came to an empty shop for a quick lunch: chicken parm sandwich (wanted an eggplant parm, but only eggplant pizza was available which is strange because ingredients in a restaurant are generally multi-dish). Service was as expected.

Sandwich was generally well built, good bread, good size ($18 may be a bit steep, but there was plenty of meat) , right amount of cheese and not too heavy on the sauce. Two unexpected negatives stood out: low salt and chicken was too cool for a sandwich.

The low salt is very unusual, I feel like the cheese was changed and sauce never adjusted (and I am not one of those eating a bag of chips before the sandwich).

Cool chicken (colder than what you would expect from a dense parm sandwich) after 5 minutes in a bag is very strange. Sauce was warmer.“

“Jackson’s Kitchen has been a go to spot for us for years. I love that we can get a salmon dinner with rice pilaf and veggies or an awesome sub or burger. The diverse menu has something for everyone! Don’t miss out on the meatballs or fish tacos either. I end up getting a few dishes- too many good choices.“

“My girl and I tried this place last night. Got some ramen and fried chicken. They’ve got a build your own ramen thing. Never seen that before lol. Either way, the ramen soup was excellent. The chicken was excellent. The pork belly was a little drier than I like, but it was still good and soft.“

“This place has the best lobster rolls — they’re always fresh, flavorful, and packed with plenty of lobster! The prices are much better than in most places around Boston, and there’s parking available, which is a big plus. It’s also very central and convenient. “Amazing place Super friendly workers. Amazing food. but what's the best thing? The steak and cheese was about the tastiest thing I've ever aten. I've eaten a lotttt of steak and cheeses from around the world and OMG this steak and cheese is GOOOD!! It has flavor with only steak and cheese on it and I'm telling you it made me orgasm! I ate half and then saved the rest and reheated it in my air fryer and still got the same taste.“

“I ordered take out so I can’t speak to the atmosphere or service quality but I can absolutely say how I haven’t been that incredibly surprised for a very long time. I have ordered from many Asian restaurants and so often the pictures and descriptions look amazing. However, once delivered and eaten, it was all good, but didn’t have the wow factor! I ordered four different dishes from this place and every single one had the wow factor, it was such an explosion of deliciousness in each and every bite! “Awesome service. We were there Saturday, 3 sandwiches & a chicken Caesar salad. The lady taking orders was very cheerful and pleasant. The cook was quick and did a good job on our order. The Korean bbq was so good I finished it before leaving the parking lot and then ate some of my partners steak bomb and a little of my daughters salad. I wasn't hungry when we got there but the food smelled so good. Those two ladies work very well together and we enjoyed our short stop there. I would reccommend this location to all my friends if service is like that all the time. For a quick solution to lunch/dinner this was a very good choice for my picky family.“
