I avoid any Dunkin donuts managed by this group - not sure they care about their customers and definitely don't care about their employees. There are enough other coffee choices, and other better managed Dunkin in the area.

Worst workers and managers ever ! I’m at the Nubian Location and I had asked for a cup or ice water ( didn’t care if I needed to pay for it because I literally bought an ice water the same morning ) the workers at 2:55pm decided to tell me that their manger Marvin said they can’t give out ice water ! It’s literally 90 degrees outside and I have two children with me which is who I wanted to buy the water from and one of the employees decided to turn around and disrespect me after I had said that didn’t make any sense because I bought some this morning after I responded with anger he decided to disrespect me some lore and kicked me and my children out the store ! Just a disgusting and sad company full of sad disgusting disrespectful employees!!!
