Vasquez Pizza And Spanish Food

I had just attended the New Edition street naming around the corner from Vasquez. My friend and I were starving. We stumbled upon Vasquez and the food didn't disappoint!! I had rice and peas, stewed goat and fried sweet plantains and lemonade. My friend got rice and peas and pork and mango juice. The price was reasonable and the portions!!!! I ate off my food 3 times!! Definitely recommend!

DONT ORDER FROM THEM ON UBER EATS OR DOORDASH. They are scamming people from their food. I just wasted over $40 for them to not even give me any of my food just 2 sodas in an empty bag they gave me. It wasn’t the drivers fault because the bag was stapled and closed. So this is purely on them. They will NOT get your order right and will steal your money!!

Inspect your food and containers.
Today I was givena small side of rice in a Styrofoam container that had visible dirt , black and green mold running along the outer edge.
This rice was for my toddler but it Went straight into the trash. If you're busy daily, you should have enough funds to provide NEW and CLEAN food containers to customers. I feel like calling the health inspector because this is extremely unacceptable.

They are also inconsistent with the amount of food they give. I'll spend elsewhere. This was the last straw for me.

Pay only in cash and count your change,they’ve doubled charged my wife a couple of times and they charge different prices every time you order something depending on how they feel.

I made an order online after hours to b delivered the following day. I was awaiting the order . Then notified that it was canceled. And also texted that I didn't place an order. So I was texted my money would be returned in 3 days. So I called to see if the oder could be reinstated. They just kept hanging up the phone ! Poor service . Needless to say it Will Never happen again !! AND BETTER GET MY REFUND !!

Ordered from Uber and sent a completely different thing than what I ordered

I used to love eating here, they always have good food and good prices. However, today will be my last day buying here. I bought a big order that was about $45. I wanted to buy some pork ribs separately as well and the lady said "we do not sell that item by itself" I then said look I'll buy $10 worth at least. She said "I don't care about the money, you can offer me all the money you want if you want that meat you need to buy it with the rice and beans" You run a business but you don't care about the money yet you're trying to force me into buying more rice and beans, lol. I then looked at the bacalao they had, it was full to the rim, you could tell no one had bought any today and it was already 4PM. So I said okay I'll buy $10 worth of bacalao and she said "no I can't sell that individually either" All that shows me is that they are reusing yesterday's food because if not you would try to sell whatever you have available. You wouldn't turn down sales. It's so silly to lose a customer over not selling him food when you run a Dominican food shop. I don't need 10 pounds of rice and 5 pounds of beans cause I'll just end up throwing it away.
