I purchased a custom cake for my husband 40th birthday. Elena was very pleasant to work with, made my vision for the cake come true and even better and the cake was phenomenal!! I selected carrot cake, with canolli filling and marshmallow frosting. Everyone raved about this cake and said it was some of the best they have had!

Ordered the breakfast burrito, wife got the Mediterranean bowl, kiddo got a taste of a few of the donuts. I’ve lived in Rutland for 3 years now and disappointed I haven’t been here sooner. This place is incredible, portions were good and food was delicious. Donuts were fresh, soft, and uniquely good. I’d say comparable, if not better, than the famous Rocco’s donuts. Many great coffee flavors as well. My only suggestion, if I may, is to advertise the take out and dine in menu on the website. I thought this place only had bakery catering for events looking online. I will be back!

Elena delivered on our wedding cake and at less than half the price of everyone else I contacted! We needed a vegan cake for some of our guests and I didn't know enough about vegan but luckily Elena worked with us to make a great tasting cake that also met the requirements for vegan. It turned out amazing and we got tons of compliments from our guests. The cake fed over a hundred people and was the perfect balance of sweetness and quality. Elena made the best wedding cake we could have ever asked for! While although the delivery did not go as planned she made sure we were well taken care of right away. Our guests still rave about the cannoli cake weeks later. My favorite was the cookies and cream flavor I had her custom make. We also had mini chocolate cupcakes with mocha frosting that I wish lasted forever because they were sooooo good! I bake myself and we tried many bakeries when choosing our wedding cake, but none compared to Baked!
