This Dunkin' Donuts has the worst customer service I've yet to experience. Myself and my family-filled car went through the drive-thru and not only was the order prepared incorrectly, they were very rude and didn't apologize. The three medium lattes which were prepared accurately were only filled half full, (we did not make mention of this ruse). The coffee ordered with cream was handed to us black, which we tried to hand back for cream to be added, but they couldn't take it (understandable), so instead they gave us creams and turned away. I had to quickly yell back to ask for a stir stick and the attendant, (obviously not in a good mood), roughly grabbed for one, almost knocking out others and forcibly handed it through the window.Before leaving the parking lot we checked the food order. All was correct except my sandwich. This time I went inside to have them fix the order. As I walked in, I caught them by surprise talking about us degradingly with attitude saying, "I mean, they ordered every item on the menu." Hearing this I said nothing and continued to walk to the counter and told the cashier that my order was wrong and the sandwich I held in my hand was incorrect. She takes the sandwich and tells me snippety-like, "Well that's how it's made, with multi-grain bread, but you want it on a croissant?". I replied, "That's how I ordered it". Her response then turned to an excuse of, "Well, sometimes we can't hear the orders clearly from the drive-thru because of the noise in here." She then continued to ask the third person working there to remake my sandwich and pointed to me. This person starts on it quickly but upon finishing remaking the sandwich wraps it up and leaves it sit on the prep counter while continuing to prepare other food orders. I was clearly standing there at the pickup counter, the only one waiting inside for food and a replacement order nonetheless. After a few avoidable moments of standing there waiting, (clearly made to on purpose), she grabs a bag and puts it inside and hands it to me without a word. I will say that this entire ordeal made me very upset but I did not present myself, to any of the staff, in an unrespectful manor and did not deserve the treatment I was given, and certainly should have received at least one apology.All I can say is, if you order at the drive-thru, make sure to have the attendant repeat your order or order inside and always double check your order before leaving. Lastly if your order is incorrect, don't expect an apology from anyone working at this location.

It is Dunkies. It is always good. Though, I only ordered a coffee. It is connected to a convenience store and a liquor store.

We stopped a little after 3pm on 6.21.2020. The coffee was not hot or fresh, it was luck warm. I asked for fresh hot and was told that was hot and no a pot could not be made or they would not have coffee for the morning. When I requested a refund the rude girl begrudgingly gave me back my money. I will not be back
