This is easily the best Dunkin. The staff is great and the coffee is consistently the best. If you got me a coffee from the Paxton one I’d throw it in the dang trash. Rutland Dunkin is top tier.

Waited at the front to place an order. Five minutes later a group of five came in went to a kiosk to order. Asked the girl after being ignored. I have to order from the kiosk? Yes you do. Well, goodbye. I will never come back to this dunks again

One of the young ladies who worked here was incredible. She was kind and pleasant. Definitely made it feel like you want to go back.

I only go to Dunkin in an emergency. They never fail to disappoint. Coffee 3x it's wrong & I gave up trying. 2 day old chocolate chip muffin. You know times are tough when Dunkin is selling day old products. Waste of my time & $$

Usually nice and clean with large single person public bathrooms, handicap accessible size. The staff have been helpful. My main issue with this store is its location at a major intersection, Rt 56 and Rt 122a, that hasn't had good traffic controls and their parking lot setup.

I live an hour from this location. Because my son moved around there I have stopped in about three times. The time's prior I received very slow service. But today Saturday January 4 th at 10 am was by far the worse service I have received there OR any other Dunkin.....I stood in line behind one lady. After a good ten minutes no one came to the counter. I said to the lady in front of me have you been waited on yet? She said no. I said it loud enough that a male associate finally came over to wait on her. He immediately went back to the back counter to complete orders that a female associate was starting and pushing down. After several orders he came back to the front counter. I was so upset that I just told him what I wanted, and walked away. I wanted to yell out THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! I'm certain management or the owner promotes the drive through and says the hell with the customers at the counter. Message Received. This will be the last time I ever stop at this awful location. Have a sparkling day.

Just came through on 11/11/24 and the woman working the driveway kept trying to give me an iced latte insisting it was a cappuccino. There is a frozen cappuccino drink that requires you to put it in the blender. She kept handing over the wrong drink and argued that they didn't have a frozen cappuccino drink when I get it everyday. She was rude and argumentative. Clearly she doesn't know how to make the drink and just didn't bother. The service here is usually great.

The hardest part of this Dunkin is the fact that it's the only one in its immediate vicinity. There are too many people trying to get in here, and many are too selfish to drive down the road and turn around to form a line to get in. So they take a lot of heat due to the traffic problems they cause, but it's more the visitors than the store. Anyhow, they are a decent Dunks. I prefer to head down the road a bit to a local competitor, but if I'm looking to use my points or my kid wants a weird seasonal treat, they do a fine job.

The worker fumbled my card when I handed it to him in the drive up, but I apologized for it anyway because what can ya do? It’s the fact that he didn’t even acknowledge or say sorry that it happened. Just waited for me to grab another form of payment. Handed him a second card, he abruptly just handed over the order. Being nine months pregnant, I had to pull my car outward to grab the debit card, as it was not something easily reachable. The whole time the employee is just staring at me not saying a word, the whole thing was just awkward and somewhat rude? A simple sorry would’ve gone a long way, it’s simple customer service etiquette. Food is not well prepared here either. Half the time I do not get what is ordered. They have potential to do better.

I love that they deliver it straight to your door. The food always comes out fast and is really good. They always have what I'm looking for.

The girl was friendly and the iced coffee was ok.I wish it was shaken a little more to get the sugar blended in otherwise it was fine.

This location is a pretty good Dunkin Donuts the food is great the staff is nice the coffee is totally the best. My only concern is that this location closes up too early the hours are 5AM to 7PM. I suggest new hours for this business because I think it can benefit the town of Rutland very well and can help improve the business in the future. The hours I suggest is 6AM to 8PM it would help keep the town of Rutland looking alive and more people would be happy. Because Dunkin Donuts is everyone's favorite.

Manager is rude to her staff ! And when you walk into the lobby, nobody greets you. They almost are annoyed that you’re in there to order your coffee.
