Always, in and out in fair time. Service decent, like forced smiles.

Do not COME to this Dunkin! Drive the extra mile down the hill to tatnick square to the BRAND NEW Dunkin just built. I would give this Dunkin no stars if that was an option. I ordered an iced chai latte (very simple drink) with seven blueberry at the drive-through window when I drove away, there was no blueberry in my drink so I had to come back and get my drink remade. Then when I watch the girl make my drink inside she’s popping shots of blueberry into my coffee from an EMPTY blueberry shot bottle. So I said, do you guys have more blueberrie shot bottles in the back? And then the girl was very rude and she had an attitude and she aggressively said yes I will get you more blueberry from the back. It seems like anything you ask these girls your walking on egg shells afraid they are going to put pee in ir drink or do something bad to your coffee. I didn’t even wanna ask to have my drink remade. I payed almost 6$ for to be made the way I ordered it. I mean I am paying for my order the least I I expect is it to be made correct. (Obviously that’s why there was no blueberry in my drink to begin with) Because I watched her remake my drink and pump blueberry shots into it from an empty blueberry bottle. I mean, if she just didn’t write the first time and wasn’t lazy she wouldn’t have had to have wasted more product an almost three cups of milk. So I’m inside the store now. after she already did that the first time when I came through the drive thru. No blueberry I said! I couldn’t believe that honestly WOW. Not only that the Chai shot bottle was also empty. The counters were dirty. The girls do not seem to be adequately, preparing the store in the morning. Otherwise this wouldn’t be an issue. Someone needs to train these young girls. The supervisor (or older girl on shift) seemed to be even more rude then the other girl. Not only that, she looked very dirty, her nails were dirty, and it was very unbecoming to see her coming to work like that and preparing food and drinks. I will never be coming back a Dunkin’ Donuts again in general. Or wasting my time with these little girls that have no respect. And that’s why they work at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m just gunna buy my own coffee from now on save myself the head ache. Totally ruined my day and made Dunkin’ Donuts seem like a really bad atmosphere January 13th at 11:05 am.

Ordered a latte it wasn't filled all the way and they didn't add the espresso, told them what happened and the solution was to give me a cup of espresso instead of making a new latte. Lets just pour hot espresso over whipped cream and ice to make a lovely watered down melted drink. Thanks a million for making my day just a little worse.

This is easily the best Dunkin. The staff is great and the coffee is consistently the best. If you got me a coffee from the Paxton one I’d throw it in the dang trash. Rutland Dunkin is top tier.
Waited at the front to place an order. Five minutes later a group of five came in went to a kiosk to order. Asked the girl after being ignored. I have to order from the kiosk? Yes you do. Well, goodbye. I will never come back to this dunks again
One of the young ladies who worked here was incredible. She was kind and pleasant. Definitely made it feel like you want to go back.
I only go to Dunkin in an emergency. They never fail to disappoint. Coffee 3x it's wrong & I gave up trying. 2 day old chocolate chip muffin. You know times are tough when Dunkin is selling day old products. Waste of my time & $$

Usually nice and clean with large single person public bathrooms, handicap accessible size. The staff have been helpful. My main issue with this store is its location at a major intersection, Rt 56 and Rt 122a, that hasn't had good traffic controls and their parking lot setup.

I live an hour from this location. Because my son moved around there I have stopped in about three times. The time's prior I received very slow service. But today Saturday January 4 th at 10 am was by far the worse service I have received there OR any other Dunkin.....I stood in line behind one lady. After a good ten minutes no one came to the counter. I said to the lady in front of me have you been waited on yet? She said no. I said it loud enough that a male associate finally came over to wait on her. He immediately went back to the back counter to complete orders that a female associate was starting and pushing down. After several orders he came back to the front counter. I was so upset that I just told him what I wanted, and walked away. I wanted to yell out THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! I'm certain management or the owner promotes the drive through and says the hell with the customers at the counter. Message Received. This will be the last time I ever stop at this awful location. Have a sparkling day.
Just came through on 11/11/24 and the woman working the driveway kept trying to give me an iced latte insisting it was a cappuccino. There is a frozen cappuccino drink that requires you to put it in the blender. She kept handing over the wrong drink and argued that they didn't have a frozen cappuccino drink when I get it everyday. She was rude and argumentative. Clearly she doesn't know how to make the drink and just didn't bother. The service here is usually great.
The hardest part of this Dunkin is the fact that it's the only one in its immediate vicinity. There are too many people trying to get in here, and many are too selfish to drive down the road and turn around to form a line to get in. So they take a lot of heat due to the traffic problems they cause, but it's more the visitors than the store. Anyhow, they are a decent Dunks. I prefer to head down the road a bit to a local competitor, but if I'm looking to use my points or my kid wants a weird seasonal treat, they do a fine job.
