Anarosa makes a wide variety of artisan breads. My family loves their cranberry walnut bread. Many people along the northeast seacoast love their breads, so getting to the bakery early is wise for the best selection. They also make fresh pizzas with interesting toppings. The European style pastries are great and fun to try. The physical environment is very unassuming as they are located in a very small strip mall/shopping center. Service was pleasant. *Be prepared as good food...
Totally awesome bakery! Great to go on a Saturday as there is a larger array of breads! My favorite is the seeded sourdough though the panini and baguettes are darn good too! Croissants of many types are available including savory (ham and cheese), chocolate, and plain. Though there was quite a line out the door when we arrived at 930, it moved fast and we only waited 5 minutes to get our order. Earlier is better of course, and you can order ahead. What a jewel!

Bought my first bread at Annarosa’s today mainly to compare it to the sour dough bread I have been baking since Covid.
I bought a French Country bread because the ingredients are similar to my bread. Of course, I expected my bread to be better.
But, no! Annarosa’s French Country bread is a very good bread with an excellent crust, fine taste and just the right amount of salt.
The inside is light with many „holes" as an open crumb sour dough...
