I get that pot is legal in Mass but having to walk through a cloud of pot smoke that one of the employees is exhaling right in the entrance to the store is a big over the top. She was even still wearing her drive through headset!
if i could 0 stars i would. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! someone made my sandwich with MOLDY BREAD and thought it was okay to serve it. im disgusted.
Bought an impossible whopper with no onions and they gave me a real whopper with onions and cheese in the impossible wrapper :(

Multiple people in line waiting for well over 10 minutes. Three staff members standing in the back just talking as if none of us were standing there. Never even got to order, we all walked out. Congrats non existent customer service!

This Burger King is totally unacceptable they leave the phone off the hook do not open up when they say they're open they're not even there they say that they need somebody to take orders the people in there do not give you proper service this place should be reported to co-op

I don’t know who works there but I can tell you they didn’t pass elementary school reading. We waited about 15-20 minutes and in that time which is very long. They messed up three orders. Think they cook one burger at a time and have no idea what to do. Should shut the place down. A damn shame for the Burger King name. Go somewhere else. Don’t go here

Kid working there just plays on his phone, after making me repeat my order then stares at me after giving me my order "oh you got a drink right?" obviously doesn't care about anything. Fast food service must be to hard of a job for him.

So slow. Even when using app and paying in advance. You would think it would be done before arriving for pick up. But no. How long does it take to cook a Fast food burger?
WORST EVER! Drive through = no one working it. Went to front no one at counters/registers, no signs that they’re away either. no one anywhere. knocked on door, someone saw me. instead of coming to front to take my order he went to drive through window and took someone else’s else’s order that was long after me. waited a few minutes and came to front. I ordered, took a very, very, very long time for a simple meal. I ate my sandwich and went to front to get another and same thing, both employees nowhere to be found. waited and knocked again and they came out. ordered and sat down and they disappeared again. decided i’ll try one more sandwich as this is all i’ve had to eat all day and i’m hungry, this time had to knock twice to get their attention. i’ve never had to go to a drive through just to park and knock for food. once again everyone disappeared after my order. photo is view from the doors built in window. Burger King ghost town.
Terrible service. Manager was a jerk and didnt seem to care at all about anything.
