So rude asked for more liquid cheese on the loaded hash browns an the little ethnic woman yelled at me it's only supposed to be a zig zag basis little amount I said that ridiculous she grabbed It from me an put a glob of ice cold liquid cheese on it. The blonde Ashley Did great this in 3-24-25 @11:15ish a.m. I'm so disappointed!!!! Spent $10.00 the 🥨 sliders delicious the loaded harsh browns complete fail. Will not be returning to this location! I'm poor an this was supposed to be my once a month treat an ya I'm very disappointed!! 😔

I just ordered 10 glazed donut holes and an orange juice. Unfortunately I'm in a hurry and didn't check the donuts because as I got on the highway and opened the box up, I noticed a box of mixed donut holes. Not happy. Staff was friendly.

Normally, I don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write one today. This Dunkin is closest to my home and one that I use often, especially for breakfast. Most days I order on the app, pick up in store and then jump on 95 South and head down the highway.
The trouble is that my order is frequently incorrect. Here are the two most recent examples. Two weeks ago, I order two bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches on an everything bagel and ended up receiving two everything bagels with cream cheese, which I didn't discover until I was 10 miles down the highway. Today, I ordered two bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps and an ice coffee with two stevia, but received two sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap, and a black ice coffee. Luckily, I checked this time before getting on the highway and they did correct it for me.
I will say that the store is new and clean, and the staff is friendly and courteous. I don't know what is causing the issue, but I use Dunkins all over the North Shore and southern New Hampshire area, and this is the only store that I don't trust to get my order correct. This is also the only Dunkin that where my app placed order has been stolen, twice.

The manager at this location has THE WORST attitude, every time I come in and ask him a question I get so much attitude. It’s a real shame that customer service isn’t valued. I hope the owner sees this and fires him. Absolutely disgusting how he treats customers
