I come here often since my mom lives just down the street, and every time I visit, the staff is always so friendly and my orders are perfect. Today, Tabitha really stood out—she was super kind, had a great energy, and got my order to me quickly. I always love it here!

Ordered two kinds of bagels and normally they are a decent size but this time I got them they are literally 5x smaller, they look like the mini bagels you can buy, just a sad excuse for a dunkin location and workers

I asked the difference between "brown sugar cookie coffee" and a "cookie butter cold brew" and the lady almost got offended. I believe her response was "you're asking me?!" Regardless I still got the wrong drink, I'm out $6 and threw it in the trash. Get it together.

The girl who took our order was nice. The other employees were goofing off, swearing and talking trash. It was awful. We couldn't wait to leave.
Kid-friendliness: It is NOT kid friendly here. The employees have garbage mouths and a trailer park attitude.
