I have always enjoyed their food and I ordered from them as much as I possibly can Unfortunately today my order was not complete and as I tried to call they were not very cooperative and telling me I received stuff that I really didn't their food is very good if you're eating there but I will not order take out again from them

Food was nothing special and experience was ok until the server overheard my table talking about the tip. She decided once we paid the tip that it wasn't enough for her liking and came back to request MORE money. We gave 22%....she was Greedy and ignorant. Never going back.

I’m pretty fussy when it comes to Chinese Food. I thought the food was great and the service is terrific. It was almost filled to capacity on a Saturday night and the food came out quickly.

The food was pretty good, but the service was absolutely terrible. Our waitress was extremely rude and unprofessional. When taking our order, she mixed it up and even tried to add extra entrées we didn’t ask for. Once our food arrived, she completely ignored our table for almost half an hour — we didn’t even have water, despite my repeated attempts to get her attention while she helped every table around us.
Eventually, I had to walk up front and ask for a manager just to get any kind of service. When the manager came over, I explained what happened, but she dismissed my concerns and didn’t seem to care that we had been ignored for so long.
It’s disappointing, because the food was actually pretty good, but the service and lack of professionalism from both the waitress and the manager made the whole experience unpleasant. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant after what we experienced.

Service is always Fantastic! Great food, best around. Clean restaurant! Fabulous people! The music is just way to loud in the bar area. We love playing Keno! Never any wait time!!!
I took my mother there for dinner, food was ok. Our waitress was the worst I have ever had. She was very rude, unfriendly, outspoken. You will not believe this one. When the bill came it was $60.00, even though she ruined our special night out with her pissy attitude, we left her a $12.00 tip 20 percent cash total $72.00. she looked at it and said we didn't leave her enough tip, that SHE WANTS $3.00 more dollars to make it $15.00. we couldn't believe it and argued alittle bit back and forth, asked to speak to manager, she said, not here and won't let us talk to anyone above her. I didn't want to to do it but my mother gave her the $3.00 and are never going back. We are telling everyone we know about our experience there, terrible.

Family is the perfect name for this restaurant as it is a Family owned restaurant where the son Ben runs the bar and him and Ryan will always go above and beyond to make you feel like Family.
This is a place where you will always meet amazing people at the bar and make new friends.
