Happy’s is the best fried dough I ever had. Every time I’m in the neighborhood I go out of my way just to go get one. The place is a little rundown but I go there for the food not to look.

Got the fried dough. It was my first time trying it, and I enjoyed it quite a bit. It was sort of like eating huge, flattened donut without a hole…anyway, the dough was delicious (albeit a bit pricey and gluttonous) and the service was meh. Just what you’d expect from a boardwalk joint.
