Love their fish chowder! Its milk broth is just like my mother always made which I prefer over the creamier chowders at other places. Lots of haddock in it too. The cold slaw is amazing too! Best I’ve ever had.

I used to visit Lena's several times a season when I lived closer. I recently visited for the first time in a year and was terribly disappointed with my food. The clams were small and tasteless and the amount I received was not a good value at all. However, the Coleslaw was very good! But, for $35, it was a big disappointment.

Quintessential New England seafood restaurant, right down to the wood paneling. Super fresh seafood, AND THE WORLDS BEST ONION RINGS! It's busy during the summer season... always. But try in the off season and you won't be disappointed... promise.

I'm 56 years old and I've eaten a lot of seafood. Their food was near amazing. We got a fisherman's platter to try things out. All the seafood was super delicious. The French fried were so simple, but some of the best we ever had. (NOTE: we ate them out of the refrigerator later that night, cold, and they were still somehow crispy and delicious still). More than I can say about almost any other French Fry. And finally the Onion Rings. It only came with a few onion rings, but they were simply amazingly delicious. So tender on the inside with a crazy delicious beer batter (different than what's on the seafood).
Had very good fried clams and fried haddock here. Typical new england clam shack atmosphere.
