We have a Gluten allergy in our party. It was nice to see they had signs clearly viewable warning about allergies. Our server was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and what to tell us, so we could make the decision weather or not it was safe for our G/F person to eat. Five stars for that. There were plenty of flavors to choose from. The Ice cream was fairly priced and portions were decent size. Our order was taken care of in a timely manner. Everything to this point was 5 star. The reason I am giving them a 3 star review is because the icecream didn't have much flavor. It tasted like when your icecream melts and re freezes, watery almost. I have been here in past years and not had this problem. Maybe it's a one time thing and, I will go back.

My sister and I went into the shop as we do every year for the last 10yrs. The amount of money we spend here every year, let alone the $200 we just spent today, you would expect better customer service. The young lady behind the counter was very short and snappy, not helpful and zero personality. If she’s there next year we won’t be coming back.

14$ for a single ice cream is outrageous how are you going to charge for the ice cream and then also charge for the cone which is 7$ on its own literally no point of buying ice cream with a cone there if you aren’t ready to spend more than 30$ so stupid

Willey’s is hands-down one of the most charming and delicious candy shops I’ve ever visited! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with rows of beautifully packaged sweets that look as good as they taste. The homemade chocolates, buttery caramels, and peanut butter cups are absolutely heavenly. And don’t even get me started on the nonpareils and saltwater taffy – fresh, flavorful, and totally addicting!
The attention to detail is unmatched – every bag is tied with a satin ribbon and packed to perfection. Prices are super fair for the quality, and it’s clear everything is made with love. If you’re anywhere near this shop, do yourself a favor and stop in. It’s pure nostalgia and joy in every bite!

Beyond disappointed with a customer service and this beloved candy store there were two employees working one was helping a customer with a child get ice cream. I was standing at the candy counter waiting to be helped. An older couple walked in a young college age young lady walked out from outback I had been standing at the candy counter for about 5 to 10 minutes and the older couple had walked in for about having been there for about two minutes. I was absolutely ignored. Their order was taken and I put my candy that I had and put it on the counter and I said I guess I’ll just be ignored and I guess my business isn’t good here and I walked out the door. I am absolutely upset and heartbroken that my business isn’t worth it. I’m absolutely heartbroken that my business wasn’t worth it there because I am absolutely heartbroken cause I love getting the caramel clusters there and I am really upset that I had been standing there for so long and somebody else walks in and I just get ignored

After the deaths of our 2 boys n both parents. We went to keep traditions alive. We wanted to grab us all sweet cool treat. What we weren't ready for. To pay way over 50 bucks for 4 ice cream Cones. $14.00 for just a cone. That's not including Ice cream! Then to have it ruin our clothing. Because the bottom of $14.00 waffle cone is wide open. No way to keep ice cream from leaking out both ends. I get they are made right there. For price they charge. They can come up with way. For people to eat these with out ruined clothing or dry cleaning bill!Seeing as how price for these are outrageous.

Very, very disappointed with the new management of this once favorite place to get birthday cake ice cream is no longer a go to place.
It is now basically vanilla ice and it has no blue frosting or cake in it anymore…. Looks like it’s time to find a new place to get ice cream…
