I've gone to this candy store my whole life and I can definitely say the quality of things is now meh. "Taffy Town" taffy, I mean really...do you guys just go to Walmart now buy cheap products and mark them up crazy high for unsuspecting tourists? Shameful what it's been turned into.

You shouldn't say you are Willeys for over 100 years. This store is nothing like the original. I went today and was very disappointed . No longer can you select the taffy. You get a bag with some horrible flavors for $13. Really? I then realized they don't even make it anymore. It's from a company called taffy town.I was also disappointed that they didn't even have the vanilla buttercreams that everyone loves. it's summer and you should at least stock what people want. No caramel pops, chocolate Jimmies in a bag. It was just an ice cream shop. so disappointing.

Visited this location over the weekend. They refused to take our family order from inside the store where it was nice and cool. Instead we were asked to step outside in 90 degree heat and wait 40 mins for ice-cream! Tge crew was 4 young ladies, busy chatting it up, not a care in the world. No sense of hygiene or sanitation. Windows and counters were so dirty that you ll loose yiur appetite.
Besides the slow service and cleanliness, the ice-cream was melting and overflowing from the cups. Clearly a poorly managed store. Hopefully they ll do better in the future.

I wish I had taken photos. This was such a quaint, happy little candy shop with an old soda jerk vibe with homemade ice cream! My wife and I both selected each of our own candies that really spoke to us. I'm a huge white chocolate fan, and it did not disappoint. We both also each had 2 scoop ice creams. Mine was birthday cake in a cup (awesome, by the way). My wife had chocolate chip cookie dough with mini chocolate chips, and she added chocolate jimmies in a cone. The jimmies were real chocolate jimmies. If you didn't know, you could get chocolate jimmies made out of real chocolate. You're missing out! The main reason I'm sad I didn't take a photo is I can't explain the gigantuan size of a "2 scoop" ice cream. If you order a cone, make sure you ask for an empty cup, trust me, you'll thank me later.
