Small, mom and pop restaurants are always my favorite. The 6A Cafe didn’t disappoint. We were in and out of this restaurant in just over 30 minutes during the lunch rush…talk about speedy service. All of our food had good flavor.

Rude staff and manager. Had just eggs an toast here and not worth the aggravation and very limited parking.

Small diner style restaurant. Our food was good and came out quickly even though we had a group of 9.

I wish I would have taken pics but we just kinda ended up here and I am so grateful. I tend to panic order something meh when I’m in a hurry and this was no exception. The difference was this time the food brought me actual joy. I got the breakfast tacos and from the first bite you could taste the love and care that goes into the food. The tortilla was homemade and was what every tortilla should be. Our server got a glimpse of me dancing as I ate. She came over and I asked about the tortillas. She told me everything is made from scratch. Then offered me some homemade salsa. That salsa took everything to the next level. I’m a foodie from California and every bite made me dance and feel something. I know it sounds silly but this meal Fred my soul and brought me joy. So if you’re in East Sandwich, MA make the stop! I’ll be back next time I’m in town! ?

felt like ghosts at the table. There was a lot of vinegar in the hollandace sauce. I think I'll be tasting sour for the next week!

The food was excellent and cooked exactly how we ordered it, the waitress was friendly, food was served quickly, and price was very fair for the quality.

We used to like this place but we’ll never go back. The prices are much higher and the food is ok but not worth the price. $34 for 2 coffees, 2 orders of eggs, toast, home fries, bacon. No offer to refill the $3.75 coffee. Train which we used to love is so cute but wasn’t running. 5 or 6 guys cooking for maybe 3 tables occupied. What a shame.

Amazing breakfast here at this small cute cute dinner on the cape. One of the few with mimosas and bloody Mary's as an option. I had the corn beef hash it was authentic and delicious. The single slice of French toast hit the spot to. Only two complaints was the train wasn't running and the salt Shakers need a good deep cleaning.

Heavily overpriced. Tiny portions. Left hungry after a $45 breakfast for two people. The $14 breakfast burrito was so small I think I ate it in 3 bites. The side of home fries was literally 6 small chunks of potato. Owner or manager was arguing loudly with staff. Complete rip-off / tourist trap. Waitress was great. Unfortunately we left hungry.
