First the kitten fingers were refried and beef teriyaki tasted like no beef I’ve ever eaten. beef or horse meat the prices are ridiculous for sub part food if I wanted beef jerky that’s what I would have ordered. been a customer for 33 years it has changed and not for the better a waste of $60

BAD! My family love Chinese food, today we decided to try from a different restaurant and it was a bad idea. The food is not pleasant! It wasn’t fresh and looked like they cooked on a dirty grill.

I have been a customer here for a very long time. I used to find that this was a reliable afterwork establishment, but it no longer is. I have given them three dine-in tries after they revamped the menu (all they did was make things more expensive again).

The first time, I was told I had ordered two large appetizers when I ordered one large, one small. I guess they needed the extra money, but maybe it WAS a mistake.

The second time, I ordered two smalls, and they did the exact same thing. It's worth noting that the small appetizers of today cost a lot of money compared to the smalls 5 years ago. So they're obviously penny punching and trying to get the customer to pay for something they didn't order. Not only that, but on the menu there are actually appetizer combos which are supposed to save the customer money. If you order a set of three, there's supposed to be a discount. You can order three and they will run you up as though this option never existed on the menu, even if you ask for it, and point to it very specifically like I did in person.

The third time, I did not bother trying to order multiple appetizers since I had already figured out their scam. I got one and they still managed to make it taste like crap. Not to mention, the sauce has not been made fresh here for at least a full year. Ginger sauce is not supposed to taste rancid, but here it has for a long time now.

This place is no longer reliable. It's a shame their competition, Asia Garden, went under, because now they're serving up junk and charging extortionate prices for it, while predating on customers. Just about the only good thing on the menu is the drinks, but they've gotten in trouble so many times for overpouring that you may not be able to order them in the future. It's a joke.

I will be going to Misaki and Bamboo now. This place has been run into the ground. If you want to see how much these people care, take a look at the men's bathroom. It's disgusting.

The nerve of this place.Lets see, hike the prices by 50%,give you less, lower the quality of the food, and manipulate the menue to look like you didn't get ripped off.I felt violated after purchasing a appetizer combo and a order of beef Lomaine for $47.00.This place is straight Boooty ?

This place has gone down hill. We went the other night got a pupu platter it was worse we ever had the chicken wings were rancid you could smell how bad they were. The fried food tasted like the oil used was really old and their prices are over priced. For a pupu platter and a fried rice it was $60...I don't mind paying that if the food is good but it defiantly wasn't.

We went here before Covid, it was really good so we decided to give it another try since we were in the area. The other reviews don’t lie. The portions were smaller, the food was average, and it was on the expensive side. I get prices have increased in a post Covid world, but the experience was not up to par with the price increases unfortunately.

This was literally the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The smell, the texture and the color. $100 for four people. All thrown out.

Should have read the reviews before coming to this restaurant. Went inside to order takeout. 6 items: 3 entrees and 3 apps. It took no more than 10 minutes for them to “make” this order. A huge red flag but took the food home. Every item looked and smelled old. By far the worst food we have ever had. Threw out most of it. Realized why the restaurant was completely empty. After reading the reviews it appears that they only give you fresher food if you dine in. Other reviewers mentioned their bill/tip was altered. Very believable.

My family and I have been faithful customers since the 80's and have always understood the price increases except for this last time. Two of the special plates cost $63 with no add ons or changes and when I asked why it was so much I was told that one plate now costs over $25 and the menus still have the old prices. Now we are trying different Chinese places on cape to see who we will be bringing our business to now!Sorry Joe
